This “club” is a cool idea. Feel like it could be excited way better. I’ve tried emailing for support and never received a response. I’ve given it this next go around before I cancel my subscription. I really want to love this but $30 a month for the amount of inconsistency has turned me off.

Great customer service! But a little slow on the shipping and arrivals!

The customer service is amazing and just love getting new coins and patches from all over.

I absolutely love the club! Honestly, I’m surprised because I’ve never considered myself a challenge coin kind of person. But ever since I started receiving the coins and patches, I find myself genuinely excited for each new one that comes in!

Getting the different coins and fire patches from many different departments has been really great. I've loved the detail of the coins. They've been good additions to my collection. I don't know if you have a department in your facility that can do like an information letter on the featured department or not. I think that would be good for the customer to learn a little bit about that featured department. Just a thought.

When I first signed up I thought it would be the official challenge coins from the department. I’m giving a higher grade for product, quality and fast shipping. But I no longer want this service. I really don’t want a mystery box of coins sitting around that’s not an actual departments official coin and patch.

FD Collectors Club is an awesome club to join to get an incredible patch and coin from different fire/rescue departments to add to your home collection each month! Its exciting to receive my club package in the mail each month to build my collection with such awesome department patches/coins I wouldn't be able to get anywhere else! I've been with the FD Collectors Club since the beginning and couldn't be more satisfied with the club! I highly recommend joining the club if you haven't already joined! Keep up the awesome job FD Collectors Club!

I love collecting patches and coins from different departments. FD Collectors Club makes it easy.

I love getting the coins and patches each month. I get excited with anticipation going to the mailbox when I know they are in, can't wait to see what we got. The coins and patches are of excellent quality. Most patches go online for $8-10 and most coins are $22-25, for $27 you get both. That can't be beat. Another awesome feature of the membership is you can order a legacy set (random set sent), of a previously released set. They are also so friendly and have great communication. If you call yourself a coin or patch collector and are not a part of the club, are you really a coin/patch collector?

Fair price good product. I've been collecting for over a decade and every month I'm excited to see what coin and patch comes.

Getting to see other departments challenge coins and specific stations with their twist on their patches and coins. My lieutenant and myself are both apart of the club and have thrown the idea of doing our own station coin with our department

While I believe it is cool and something I want to continue doing I still have never received my first order n it’s already August if I don’t receive August n Julys then I will not renew for September.

It’s an easy process to be a part of with a simple monthly fee. Love starting my month out with a new coin and patch!

10 out of 10 stars, 5 star rating, if you are scared of online purchases, don't be with these people, great people, great product, the photos shown do not show the quality and detail that are put in this product. Now you wonder who the hell is this guy leaving this message, I'm a 34 years of service, retired, volunteer firefighter/emt, I've rode the tailboard back in the day, I'm a old smoke eater before the invention of scba s, so believe or not your loss you'll miss a great opportunity to get a patch and coin from fellow brothers and sisters.
