Hasn’t even been dispatched after 5 days I’ve emailed twice and been ignored

7 days later, still no dispatch - order not arrived. Contacted customer services, highly doubt I'll get a reply. Really really annoying and not fair when delivery cost £5 for standard (extortionate anyway).

Ordered 5 days ago no update email sent that my order was dispatched no tracking updates added either. I sent an email and they where quick to respond to tell me being dispatched but still no email sent confirming this or a tracking number so I dont know when my products will be delivered.

The quality is terrible - not cashmere and stitching is awful.
Have tried to get money back - all they do is stall. Am commencing legal proceedings.

They send me 2 sweater made with nylon and not wool. I tried to get my money back, did not happened.

Shocking! Avoid!! Item never arrived…. Emailed customer service twice with no response, decided to contact their Facebook page through messenger had a reply asking for my order number I have given them it and still haven’t heard anything in 100% taking this further if I don’t get a refund! I’m not bothered how much it’s going to cost this company are appalling.

Ordered and waited weeks for nothing to arrive, had to do a bank charge back just to get my money back ! No tracking on items is ridiculous and from reviews it looks like this is really common. Terrible company would not recommend
