Bought a dress from this company after seeing targeted ads online. The dress arrived promptly and after trying on once decided to keep. However, I realised it had arrived with one of the button clasps on the arms broken. As it was a small fix (and they charge for returns) I decided to fix this myself.

While I was getting ready for an event and while closing the dress the entire zip broke leaving the dress unwearable and unfixable. Repairing would have cost a fortune so I attempted to contact customer service for a replacement or refund. I was told no as it was outside the 14 day period and that was it.

I understand that the clothes don’t cost a fortune but you don’t expect it to break in two places during the first use either (how embarrassing would it be if this happened during the event!!!!). I have bought similar items from other online stores and they have been of much better quality for the same price. So no I wouldn’t recommend this company at all and definitely won’t buy again.

Great service all on time

Firstly, the clothing and shoes are gorgeous, great quality and true to size. I'm starting to get abit of a collection of fearless shoes going now and secondly the customer service team are brilliant. I had an issue with one of my orders, they responded within the day and were so understanding and apologetic and very helpful. I've had really bad customer service in the past and it's put me off ordering from them again whereas my experience with fearless have been great.

Fearlesss used to be really good and a cheap fashion store. Now you have hardly any good deals and not very good fashion at all coming in. What happened to all the discounts codes etc you used to do?
I used to order from here all the time but lately I have found other sites with the same plus better stock available at much cheaper prices.

On the whole the customer service is good.

This used to be my go to company and pretty much everything in my wardrobe is Fearless! I’m unsure what has happened but I can help feel a little disheartened by the change! Customer service used to be AMAZING, friendly, apologetic. Now its non-existent and very slow.

The company used to post such fun Insta stories, promoting ‘girls girls, styling videos, office fun etc. I understand its changed and its now outsourced but it’s just taken away what was so special about it in the first place! No promotions unlike what it used to be- two for two Tuesday, Under £10, BYGYF, 30% which were done weekly. I used to buy everything. The clothing style/ range has seemed to change and gone very ‘inta’ which is fab ( we all love the gram) but it used to be girly, cute, fun.

Unfortunately whilst I know the change benefits and suits Beth, it means that I’m gutted to say Fearless isn’t my go to company for internet shopping anymore.  Which suck because I bloody loved it!

Clothes are lovely. Delivery is always quite quick. Returns are awful however - you only have 14 days to get the parcel back and it has to reach them in 14 days and then take up to 4 weeks to refund you. Their customer service response is slow if you need support, although friendly. They offer store credit unless stated you want a refund, once this came into place I requested a refund on my return and still received a store credit which took me 3 1/2 weeks to correct.

Still waiting for a refund for a coat I sent back they have said they have received but still no refund! Do not buy from this place!

Returned some items here back in febuary and still not received my refund from them. Sent numerous emails and even contacted beth herself. I always ordered stuff from here but have not since this. Stay well clear, they are quick enough to take money but not give it back.

Bought from their eBay site. Great item, the picture didn't do this wicked little bunny justice! Item shipped the very next day and arrived on time. Love it! Thank!
