Fabulous clothing range I have had some lovely items that I haven’t been able to find on the high street at a reasonable price. The only request I would make is that in descriptions the height of the models wearing the clothing range was disclosed to give me a better idea of length of some of the dresses as some are better suited for a petite not tall person.

I love the fearless

I've ordered a pair of shoes from fearless, I wore them once and they fell apart. I emailed customer service and they gave me my money back in credit and apologized for the quality of the shoes. I used the credit to purchase a top 2 months ago and have not yet received it. I have emailed them Multiple times and they haven't been any help in locating my order. Do not order from this company ! And have not been offered a refund I've been asked to wait till they get a response from the delivery company, but have been waiting to long for this already. I've asked for a refund but waiting on a response

Bought something and it didn’t arrive. Hermes lost the package. I’ve emailed and mailed lots of times with no reply. The package was for my holiday and happened weeks ago

I bought a dress and shoes from Fearless. The dress fits perfectly and is great quality. The shoes are so comfortable and have padded soles which is an extra bonus. Really pleased with my purchases and Fearless have never let me down. Love to shop the new arrivals regularly!

Bought two pairs of sandals, wore one for not even an hour and the shoe started to fall apart. Emailed about it and got no reply. £30 down the drain,definitely won’t be using the sight again

Shocking customer service. Made countless orders over the past two years & have been blocked on social media for asking where my refund is from March! Disgusting customer service, changed their website so accounts are invalid to log in and check past orders etc. Blocking customers is only a reflection on yourself. Check Facebook, countless other customers in the same position. If you’re that desperate for the money keep it, however dignity is a far better trait than the superficial show of faux wealth on your Instagram. Obviously this is paid for by all these customers you’re blocking! Now they’ve reported this review because it shows the truth. Have a look to see how many reviews they’ve had removed.
