Returned an item almost 4 weeks ago because I felt the item wasn't what it was from the picture. Couldn't adjust myself to pay for what had arrived so it was returned the 14th march and signed the 18th.
I recieved no notification from them advising how long a refund would be or what has happened to my package as they emailed 'nothing on their system' of the return and have emailed several times just to be ignored. Reported to watchdog consumers and disputed with paypal from the sheer ignorance recieved.

Although I do love this shop and the fashion, I’m really not impressed with their customer service. I have emailed 3 times this week regarding returning an item that doesn’t fit, and I got an email saying they were out of office(even though it was within office hours) but would get back to me as soon as. I still haven’t heard anything back from them

I normally love this clothing company, however something has changed within the admin for returns. I posted my item back weeks ago as the shoes didn't fit and still haven't received the credit note. When I inquired on the website, you have to wait 30 days for a refund.... plus as you dont have an account to log in, I cant even check they got the returned item in the post without calling... Think twice before you buy, because if you need to return the item it's the longest process ever!!

I have now purchased three pairs of leather look leggings from Fearless. I have ordered numerous pairs off many different websites and returned all for being poor fit and cheap looking. The Fearless leggings are 100% the best fit and quality.
Customer service is always to a high standard.

I have had nothing to complain about with this online shop to date and this is my second purchase. They were quick on their email response and took care of my query quickly.

Ordered twice and both items have arrived on time and fitted perfectly!

I placed an order and recieved the wrong item......totally different to whst was ordered. When i contacted Fearless to explain their mistake i was told"we dont offer exchanges unfortunately on wrong/faulty items so all we can do is advise you reorder any items if in stock and return the unwanted items". This would be acceptable if I had ordered the wrong item and therefore made a mistake but,as it was Fearless's mistake i feel they should rectify it i have emailed Fearless and Beth about this and im still awaiting an acceptable result. This mistake has inconvenienced me and I have changed my opinion of Fearless therefore one star
