Quick and reliable. Ordered on the Monday, it was here by Wednesday and I’m really happy with my purchase

Postage cost a fair bit, items are nice but I’ve only ordered twice and didn’t like the both items because of sizing and wasn’t like the picture. Tried to contact fearlesss about a dress I brought in my size which is so obviously stretched because the high neck part just sags and is quite literally not the size of anyone’s neck! Asked them to see if they can do anything because I spent £3.99 on delivery and because it’s clearly a wrong size or something I have to spend another £2.70 to return the item! A lot of money for something that I won’t have

Received a pair of shoes which had a brown stain on, the box the shoes came in was absolutely battered and looked like it had come out of a bin, no apologies or acknowledgment about poor product and service. I would not recommend.

A pair of espadrilles caught my eye on Instagram so I ordered them which was a bit of a worry as I’d never heard of the company before.
They arrived really quickly and I was so impressed with them that I followed the Instagram page. I was delighted when I then saw a 50% off code and straightaway ordered 2 more pairs in different colours.
They’ve arrived today and are just as good as the first pair.
I also love the personal thank you email you get - really makes you feel like a valued customer.
I’m sure I’ll be shopping with fearless again, highly recommend

Ordered an item got an email the next day saying your package is on its way! Tracked item for 2 days via Royal Mail.
on the tracking it was saying we know it’s on its way but hasn’t arrived! So thought I best email to be told item hasn’t been sent out & im in a que for a refund! Won’t be ordering again from this company,it’s a bit misleading saying it will arrive shortly for it not to of even been in Stock! Now IM in a que For a refund!! 🙄 great customer service

Terrible at communication.
Received a dispatch email but a week later no item or updates on tracking.
Emails to company bounced back & no answer on social media.
I’ve had to raise a dispute through PayPal which is absurd.
Won’t be using again

Great delivery time as expected however the leggings turned up and stink of fish
I have now washed 5 times and cannot get the smell out

First time ordering from Fearlesss - I was concerned the quality was going to be poor like similar boutiques online however the dress I ordered is beautiful, well made and fits lovely (true to size unlike other websites)! I also cannot fault the service, they processed and delivered my parcel so quickly. X
