Driver did not follow instructions

I live in a sketchy area of Saskatoon, so I have a large safe box outside my home for any packages that maybe dropped off. This keeps all packages dry and safe from passerby's.

There is a large notice on the front of my house that clearly states to put all packages in the large box, thanking whoever delivers them.

FedEx showed up today and put it in the center of my outward opening front door! So, how are you supposed to open your door? Also visible to ALL passerby's!!

Completely ignored the sign on the front of the house and walked right past the large safe storage box!

The incompetence is staggering!

This company scams customers, they delivered my package and then retrieved it. Said it was being returned and to contact the seller who denied refund based on proof of delivery.

If I could give fed ex a negative star…

If I could give fed ex a negative star rating I would. Theyve lost packages, held onto packages sitting in their trucks for over a week, theyve lied about delivery (and caught as their own photo did not show a large item). Worst logistics company ever with dishonest drivers. Too lazy sometimes to walk packages to door. Awful co.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Definitely the worst delivery company I have encountered so far, with the worst customer service. They mark orders as delivered even when the item hasn’t arrived, and they do not prioritize customers’ requests regarding delivery timing. Their customer service promises actions they never follow through on. I requested the driver to follow specific instructions, but they completely ignored them. Now, I have to pick up my item myself even though I opted for delivery — I might as well have bought it in store. Overall, they consistently fail to deliver on their promises and provide reliable service.

Stale-dated door tag and missing package

Rcvd door tag just today, dated 2 weeks ago, bearing my name as recipient. Only box checked was “pick up next business day by” which was left blank. And FedEx pickup location address was stroked out with no other location given. When I went to my nearest FedEx location all they could tell me was that the package — whatever it was! — was returned to shipper(or so they said — who really knows?) — whoever that was! — because I didn’t pick it up in time. On calling customer service, I FINALLY reached a real person who barely spoke English, and after spending forever on the phone, I still can’t find out where this package is, who sent it, what it is, or anything at all about it. (They did, however, have me repeat my address a total of SEVEN times in one 30-minute call.) And then the “supervisor” I finally was allowed to speak to called me “rude” for “speaking over” her. She told me it was the shipper’s fault, as they had my address wrong on the package. Then, how did the tag end up at my address with my name on it, I asked? She didn’t know. I asked if the driver would be disciplined; she said he did nothing wrong. This company is a clown show of incompetence, and perhaps worse.

Horrible service

Horrible service - Stay Away - never use Fedex they are thieves. I paid just over $45.00 CAD to have a small box delivered from Hamilton, ON to Dallas, TX. My box went to a couple different hubs in Ontario then it was returned back to me. Fedex refuses to refund my money for the shipping service they didn't provide. There's plenty of other courier companies to choose from that actually don't steal your money.

My package was not delivered on the…

My package was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date. Instead, I received an email telling me to pick it up in Richmond and stating that FedEx would hold the package for 5 days.
Those 5 days should have included the day I was waiting for delivery and Sunday, when FedEx was closed. Despite this, I went to the Richmond location on the 4th day, only to find out—without any prior notice—that my package had already been returned to the sender.
I was never informed that the package would be sent back earlier than promised. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it.

we lost our stuff around $28000

very bad experience with fedex we shipped our stuff with fedex from bc to saskatchwan.our shipper paid money to fedex buyt they told us they did not get money from the shipper and they send our to security without informing us which is really terrible. we were waiting for the shipment when we reached to fedex they told we cannot get our stuff and all our personal belongings in that our mechanical tools cost around $20000 which they did not give us back we do not know where is all our stuff they said we cannot give your stuff and they it is their policy which is really bad. even they did not give any solutions to us. we were ready to pay again but they decline and said do not give our package back.we have lost our mechanical tools around $20000 and also our personal stuff like our clothes and kitchen stuff as well which is cost almost $8000 so our total loss is $28000 with Fedex. they keep everything.Garbage system and staff of Fedex

Their way or the highway

I was expecting a package from Ikea. I was home, actually sitting on the toilet when they buzzed. There are always people coming in and out of the building. They could have asked to enter easily and could have left the package at my door. It was not an expensive item. Instead, they left and want me to go to pick it up. No reason given why they can't attempt another delivery. So, if you expect a package delivered by Fedex, make sure you take you phone with you to the toilet. It is very annoying how these companies tyrannize you and their way or the highway.

Driver a NO SHOW !

FedEx Does Not Care.

My issue is not that FedEx did not deliver on time; my issue is with their complete lack of customer care. My package was scheduled to be delivered on Friday 12/12/2025.
The package arrived on schedule, but was not delivered on Friday 12/12/2025 due to bad weather.
I expected delivery on Monday 15/12/2025 as there was no initial bad weather, but a hold was put on delivery by the Kentville FedEx due to weather.
I contacted FedEx and they confirmed that my package would be delivered by Tuesday 16/12/2025. However my package was not scheduled for delivery or delivered on 16/12/2025, even though the FedEx driver had been in Bridgetown on 16/12/2025, to make pick ups.
I contacted FedEx again, and made a complaint as the driver was in Bridgetown (less than 3 minutes from my house) but my package had not been delivered. Fedex opened a complaint case at 14:25 and then closed it at 14:30.
The reason for FedEx's failure to deliver my package was the weather, which is clearly a lie, when I complained about the failure to deliver FedEx customer service opened and closed my complaint in 5 minutes, with no information.
The ironic part is that UPS delivered a package on Monday 15/12/2025 from Halifax, which about twice the distance FedEx would have travelled to deliver my package, in the same weather.
This is not the first time I have had the same issue with FedEx, they are by far the worst of all the delivery services.
I understand that weather is an issue, but in this case weather was not an issue, the people at the FedEx office in Kentville Nova Scotia just could not be bothered to deliver my package, and FedEx customer service is a waste of time.
