Worse experience ever!!!

Worse experience ever!!!! They mentioned the expected delivery by the end of day and they came in the morning to deliver. They didn't deliver the pacakage due to signature required and they were about to deliver next day but same thing no any expected time of delivery. I had to check the main door again and again because they said the driver is not allowed to call customer. I mean seriously I do night shifts, instead of sleeping I am going to the door again and again because they won't call me during delivery. I called they said it will be delivered today....but what time??? And how to know someone is at door??? They should call when reach or they should have add expected delivery time not the whole day.

Fedex has the worst customer service on…

Fedex has the worst customer service on Vancouver island. You get no reply from them. if you have no tracking # and want to talk to a real person you are out of luck. I am waiting for a parcel for over a month, They have my correct shipping address in my Fedex info. Correct address on the parcel. They say that they can not find the address to deliver, bull. We live in a Manufactured home park, all housed have numbers and light at night. Each lane has a list of all houses. They have my authorization to leave it at the front door!!!! It's all prepaid no fees to be charged on delivery. They are the worst. I only gave it one star because there is no way in leaving none.

Very disappointing

A driver mislocated my missing item since Wednesday. I went to the "location" where my package was "delivered", not only the house/apartment does not exist but the item itself is not there either!

Very disappointed with Fedex! Do better. Add my phone number at least next time if this happens again!

Twenty years in manufacturing industry…

Twenty years in manufacturing industry where shipping products to consumers and stores was a part of my job as much as making and selling quality products

Fed Ex has for 20 years consistently double billed both sender and receiver and they do not honor pre paid waybills in cases of returns or just in general.

The worst part is Fed Ex Canada lies to cover up their errors. They will say "oh well we only start sending out bills to end consumers when the company refuses to pay the bill." This is a lie and one I am familiar with they love to use to cover up their systems errors.

You, innocent random person who gets a Fed Ex bill in the mail, will spend days for Fed Ex working for free to figure out where they went wrong, only to find out they just lie, they do not even send the invoice to the right people. Their mistakes have nothing to do with the business accounts, its because something about the way they set up their system produces error after error where their A/R department consistently collects from the wrong party. It is appalling that they would smear the names of companies rather than admit fault with their system or just admit they keep making the same mistakes. They will, for example, immediately and incorrectly bill end consumers instead of the corporate account indicated on pre paid waybills, and send bills to the wrong party which is basically always NOT the business with the account, its the person without an account. Their A/R team then wastes everyone's time and money trying to collect from the wrong party while companies are waiting for their invoices. They have been doing this for 20 years, imagine having a system where you prevent yourselves from collecting receivables. Imagine this being an issue for 20 years and then passing the job off to customers, end consumers, and companies and driving everyone crazy because you won't invest in fixing your billing system and fire whoever runs the Accounting in Canada. Whoever runs their Accounts Receivables honestly has to be fired. Whoever implemented their current systems has to be fired. Whoever runs Fed Ex Canada now should have some financial background, at least basics. You are a logistics company that does not know how to bill and collate waybills with invoicing. I don't know how much more inept you can get.

They have major design flaws in their invoicing and billing systems that destroy relationships and harm sales. This is why for 20 years UPS has been the shipper of choice for anyone in retail/wholesale manufacturing in Toronto.

Whoever has been running Canada for the last 20 years must be a marketing or sales person with zero ability to review billing systems which have to be accurate for people to use.

If Fed Ex could send bills to birds in the sky they would. Their accounting department and billing systems are completely haywire and have been like this for twenty years.

If you are a new retailer or wholesaler take note as to why everyone avoids Fed Ex. They will destroy all customer relationships because they can't figure out they need to look at their invoicing and billing systems as a major cause for any loss of business.

Horrible Courier Company

Despite having called them to request delivery to one of their pickup stations, they claim to have attempted
delivery. No phone call. Despite their claim that they left a door tag, there wasn't one at the entrance. I wish shippers would give consumers more of a choice of the couriers they use for our deliveries. We pay for the service so should be entitled to say. I would NEVER choose FedEx.

Don’t pay fedex more money for shipping to receive package faster

Very frustrating when you pay more to get a package sooner were i could have waited 2days more to receive package from another courier and pay less for shipping.Can’t understand when fedex says the day my package was to arrive was on the truck in my area and still didn’t receive package and no update saying delayed will not use FedEx again they are unreliable with no delay updates

0 star, worst happened to me, last week I received my package, when I opened it,almost items is gone,missing it’s stolen.Someone opened my package from staff of FedEx,my stuff is genuine 18k Saudi gold..worth 10k Canadian dollars..missing items is 4 pcs bangle’s,2pcs necklace,1 bracelet,all heavy weights are missing.. and some light weights are not like earrings ang pendant…it’s horrible 🥲🥲 I called customer service online waiting for almost hrs to answer my call , until now no explanation we’re is my stuff missing.

My packages are always delayed and…

My packages are always delayed and never arrive to me. I spend a lot of money on orders and when companies use FEDEX my package never arrives and I am not able to get my money back. FEDEX is the worst delivery company out of all of them.

tracking is useless

tracking is useless, they lost my packages with no update for 2 weeks, called customer service, and they said they cannot track the packages. i was sent tracking until it stopped two weeks ago and then they seem to have lost it and are unable to even trace the tracking number. ship with someone else as fedex has no idea of what they are doing. they charge but don't deliver.

I went to Staples on a Monday to have a package delivered next day, Tuesday. FedEx had the best price but I later learned I didn’t get next day but paid for regular ground which could be up to four days. An investigation was started and earlier today on Thursday after the package was in Nepean for two days I was told it would it would be delivered today. About 4:00 I got a notice it was further delayed and now will be delivered Friday. I’m not sure the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. FedEx used to be our first choice, no more.

One of the worst delivery companies ever!

The constant problem for FedEx is that they cannot dispatch properly.
Missed delivery, okay, didn't kow they were coming.
Called number on tracking tag and was told next day, end of day.
Checked tracking online, same thing, next day, end of day.
So far so good. Next day, tag found.
Called FedEx, they said that they tried to deliver it at 11:30 am.
Have to wait another day. They cannot provide me with any dispatch info and I will have to wait the entire day. Hopefully it will be in the morning!

Waited all day for package to arrive

Waited all day for package to arrive, only to recheck tracking to find it will be delayed with no update as to delivery. Earlier I had tried to use the "Ask Fedex" bot and after being referred to a customer service rep, waited from 18 in queue to 1, then the damn thing timed out and I was sent back to the bot. Very dissatisfied by both delivery and customer service, but no ratings available less than 1 star.

Fedex never delivers the packages on their first attemp.

Fedex never delivers the packages on time. They just say ''Delivery attempted'' when they never attempt. I stay home, I provide my buzzer code , nobody calls, nobody buzz and I have a door camera, nobody shows up in fron of the door either. Lazy !!! I had to call customer service to make sure my packages will arrive tomorrow.

$166 for next day delivery took 18 days instead

I paid $166 on April 26th from Toronto to Phoenix through Fedex for next day delivery of a light box of supplement that I purchased over the counter since my friend urgently needed it. I asked the staff multiple times that if the custom clearance time is included and got confirmed. Nobody mentioned about filing any document. If I were advised to file any document, I would not have mailed the supplement since I have no clue on how to file a custom document. And my friend would definitely not let me mail it due to the hassle of filing the document. I would have just return the supplement to the store that day. However, the signal to me is everything is fine since it is over the counter and available for purchase in the U.S.

Then the small box was stuck at the custom clearance and it took Fedex a week to tell me that I need to file a prior notice to the FDA after multiple Fedex persons called me asking me to provide information during the week. I spent 2 hours reading instructions from the FDA and Fedex to file the prior notice the same day I got the email from the Fedex. My friend at that time couldn't wait for the supplement and purchased it online and got it a few days later in early May.

A week after I filed the prior notice to the FDA, there was still no update on the delivery status and I called Fedex asking for an update. It took them a few days to assign an email address to me asking me to follow up with that email. And two days after I sent a complaint to that email requesting for an update, it said to be delivered in two days. It finally arrived on May 13.

I filed a complaint requesting full refund and got rejected by Fedex. If Fedex advised me of filing the document in advance, I would not have mailed the item. But Fedex failed telling me and delayed many days even after it was cleared at the border. Since my friend purchased the item in the U.S. and what I sent is now useless. I cannot even return the almost $500 item since it is over 15 days.

Door knocker left on the mailbox beside mine. Entire time I was home. Courier didn't even buzz or call. I get an automated call and I was sitting at home.

Terrible service!! If I could give them a zero I would. Not even sure when the driver attempted. Tracking gives zero information

Fedex never delivered my package

Fedex never delivered my package, they claim nobody home. They had my buzzer# and phone #, but no one buzz or call me, not even a note in the lobby . May 15 I received email stating they' II attempt another delivery on May 16, but today, May 16, I received an email stating it has been delivered 11:08 am but when I checked the tracking #, it was send back to shipper. Horrible company, you can't even monitor your drivers. Shame on you.

FedEx uses substandard subcontractors!

FedEx subcontracts to local delivery companies. In my community they use Postmedia parcel services. The service provided by the subcontractor is terrible. Packages left on roadway or transported to the depot - leaving it to the customer to courier they’re own package.
