Bad experience ever they asking for…

Bad experience ever they asking for free all the time no matter how many times you pay for it they asking again and again and again it will never stop they have just taking over 10,000 danish from me and they still recommend me to pay stay away from this

It was okay ^^

Jeg var så nervøs for ikke at modtage min pakke da jeg havde læst tusindvis af dårlige anmeldelser. Første dag de sagde den ville blive leveret kom den ikke, ingen besked om hvad der var sket. men anden dag kom den i god stand, og en rigtig sød arbejder undskyldte for ikke at have kommet dagen r. Skal nok betale et import, har ikke fået besked endnu men det kommer nok.

I was so nervous about delivery with fedex after Reading hundreds/thousands of bad reviews of unhappy costumers. First day it was supposed to arrive it didn’t show up and i didnt get a reason as to why. but on the second day it came in good condition, and a really sweet worker apoligized for not coming the day before. I’ll probably have to pay some type of import fee down the line, but I haven’t been notified yet.

The worse delivery company EVER

I am waiting for a package for 3 days now because on their tracking info said "item will be delivered the 17.08 at latest 18:00". Finally today I get a message from them at 11:30 that they have been at the address yesterday and there was no one there, so if I want my delivery I can either go get it myself from their office or I can order a new date.
When calling customer service and saying I am at the address right now and for the rest of the day, they said "it's too late now, so we can first deliver tomorrow".

Sadly I cannot attach pictures of what it states on the tracking number, but it's still written we do not know when we can deliver the package, and under history yesterday it's written "driftsrelateret forsinkelse".

THEY ARE THE WORSE !!

NEVER EVER use FedEx again

NEVER EVER use FedEx again! Still haven't received my package, even though it arrived at FedEx Kastrup Copenhagen facility last week. No update on tracking, nobody is answering the phone, email or even the international chat. How is it possible for a company like this to survive? With DHL, UPS and other great competitors around (this FedEx shipment was a mistake by my supplier, will never be used again)

Horrible Liar

Online shopping, a package sent from the US. Upon tracking, it showed the package was to be delivered on 30/6; two days before the intended delivery date. was surprised and happy.
Delivery didn't come on that date either on the second day. While tracking showed that receiver wasn't present, so changed the delivery address to my work, was waiting for it whole morning, but nothing showed up. Again track and trace showed no receiver present, called customer service but no one answered for 30 minutes.
On the 5th July, again track and trace showed that my work address was wrong. So either they didn't even bother to take my package for delivery or they just simply returned to the facility and made up some lame excuse for not delivering.
Called customer service again and finally got hold of them after half an hour. That lady didn't have any explanations for why my package was undelivered for 4 days and offered to deliver on the 6th July but wouldn't confirm if I'll get it for sure. Hence, I decided to get it myself from their facility at the airport.
Never use it and never trust their track and trace.

They have the worst service ever

They have the worst service, worst than anyone can imagine. I have been trying to call fedex service in Denmark (Kastrup, Denmark) to be specific. I was in a waiting line for more than 1 hour and been calling for 3 days in a row but nobody answered. They supposed to deliver my package but didn't for more than a week even though they had my package in their house. My tracking number showed that.

Avoid Fedex in Spain!

Called Fedex to ask for a price (158 EUR) called back to order the delivery, price was reduced to 147 EUR, ok so I ordered, diriver arrived with the wrong paperwork, called back, got the right paperwork. Called agian to ask for an invoice. Just recieved a phone bill for 87 EUR for 4 calls to Fedex! and still no invoice.
Total time consuption for calls was aprox 51 mins for all 4 calls, mostly due to waiting time, terrible service!!
When they finnaly answed my mail requesting the invoice they sent the delivery note!
So they are not only slow but also incompetant, unbelevavable...

WORST delivery company in Denmark by…

WORST delivery company in Denmark by far! cant contact them by phone, they don't reply to mails, they say they have been by even though I was home.
Took me more than 14 days to get thru on an international phone nr. and for them to actually deliver my package. and you get no updates by text or email, even though you set it up to. not having package drop off points at service kiosks or post offices, like all other delivery companies, sure suck.
I would never recommend FedEx, nor use them myself. they should have gotten zero stars.

BUG OFF FEDEX PLAGUE !!!

Totally incompetent. It screams to heaven, but apparently not to Fedex. They have neither eyes nor ears. Any other organism or cell had long ago self-destroyed with just a little bit of self-insight as you should have. Do not buy anything from suppliers that use Fedex. Totally unreliable company. Not taking any responsibility for their actions and project the blame on others. They were to be deprived of the right to do business. Last time they nor could deliver on their own scheduled time. Had to pick It up at their only pick up point far away. Now I had postponed the next delivery time by 3 days for another package and yet they can’t nor deliver on time. Sitting at home waiting for NOTHING. Disrespectful treatment of customers. Tracking update is delayed 2-3 days and useless when you do not get a useful up-to-date overview of your package. One thing is that they slavebind their customers to sit and wait in the period until 6 p.m. In addition, they have no other pick-up points than Kastrup. Really poor service when other vendors have countless pick-up points around the country. BUG OFF FROM DENMARK FEDEX PLAGUE!!! GET A GRIP OR LET OTHERS DO THE WORK THAT YOU CAN’T DO!!!

The lowest level of professionalism that I have ever seen.

I live in Denmark and I can agree with everything that is being said about this company. They are horrendous. If you try to phone them they will simply hang up on you after 30 mins, such a lack of respect for another human's time.

I have now made sure that my supplier uses another company. The lowest level of professionalism that I have ever seen. Stay away from this company.

Edit: Called them again this morning and was filming my phone after the 30 minutes mark. Sure enough, I now have video evidence of FedEx hanging up on me after 32 minutes in queue.

The worst delivery company

Noone should use this company in Denmark, it's just the worst. I have tried to call FedEx around 100 times but they never pick up even if wait for an hour. Also two times they said they're going to deliver home I was waiting at home full-day without even going out even for a second and both times I received a notification that they've tried but couldn't deliver. The worst part is I already paid them 65 euros custom fees, and now I cannot even get my product which is coming from Taiwan, it feels like I'm getting scammed...

Such a bad experience

I was supposed to receive a parcel on Friday, and the tracking number said it was to be delivered by 6 pm. 6 pm came around but no parcel. The tracking was now altered and said "to be delivered by the end of the day". The end of the day came and still no parcel. The tracking now said "delivery: pending". I even signed up for changes regarding the parcel, but I haven't received any info at all.
And this morning (Monday) it still says "pending". I have tried calling you as soon as your phone hours opened, and I was told you had a wait for more than 5 minutes - but no info on how many were in line. I ended up being on hold for 32 minutes and the call was then cancelled/you hung up. I am quite frustrated now that I can't get any info on my parcel and I can't get a hold of you, and I have to spend a lot of time figuring out what happened to my parcel which I need for my business.

My girlfriend was to send a package…

My girlfriend was to send a package through FedEx and received some of the worst customer support I've ever heard of. She was literally brought to tears infront of a bunch of strangers due to an overly aggressive and mean employee. She suffers from anxiety and was completely overwhelmed and humiliated by the experience of sending a box! Never using FedEx again.

FEDEX Parcel sent from China mid March 2021…

Parcel sent from China mid March 2021 to the uk its now 20th April and its still not moved where it is now at roissey charles de gaulle. Another parcel sent April 2021 to the uk from China went through roissey charles de gaulle too 7days though now we have another parcel sent 13th April 2021 from China stuck at roissey charles de gaulle we are never using fedex again we are using DHL cost more but much better

Just the worst, call up about a package that should be arriving, get hung up on twice after 40 minutes on hold. They have already lied about trying to deliver it and I rescheduled. Then somehow messed up again and not even informed me so waited all day for a package they were not even delivering, when I finally got through to customer service they said opps
