US company totally ignoring locale conventions elsewhere
I have a huge issue with the atrocious tracking website. Dates are shown in numeric US format with no regard to NLS software and conventions elsewhere in the world. So, if my delivery is coming on 12/11/2025, is that 12 Nov or 11 Dec? There is no excuse for such lousy programming. Even if they changed it to an alphanumeric format (e.g. 11 Dec) then it would help.
FedEx Ireland are not a residental delivery company
FedEx Ireland are the most incompetent company in Ireland. They should not be used for residential deliveries and if you are ever ordering anything online, ask if they use FEDEX and demand they use a different delivery company. They expect you to take the entire day off work and wait in your house for 10hrs. They will not leave in a safe place or with a neighbour of your choosing. They have NO customer service!!
Vanished into thin air.
My package has been delivered according to Fedex but I have not received it. No possible way to contact them and speak with a human as to where they delivered it to. Address and eircode supplied properly....
Damage claim nightmare
We have been in business for over 21 years and recently opened an account with FedEx. Filing a damage claim with them has been an ongoing convoluted process for weeks, We have constantly received emails from them asking confusing questions. We will close the account and continue with USPS and UPS.

This is the worst courier service ever! We pay money for express delivery and you can wait and wait...the packet is not updated last week! nobody know what's going on! but they are first to take money from client! Please lads, never give them deliver your goods! The worst courier service in Ireland!!!

If I could give less I would. Just like everyone else the package wasn’t delivered twice and went to two different addresses twice. Said that it was the fault of the company that I bought from giving the wrong Eircode which is just wrong as I can clearly see the company confirmed the eircode to be the correct one. They said that I confirmed this wrong eircode with them which is just not true as I never even heard of this eircode befire. When I was calling the driver about my package he came off very unprofessional that I should look at the eircode myself and see and ended the call by calling me a racial slur. Filing a complain was useless, as even though the help desk person was nice I didn’t get any further email to file this official complaint. The driver than said he refuses to deliver my package as I was being unprofessional (what??) and since he is the only available driver in the area I have to get it myself in their depot which is hours away. Absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs they are run by incoherent people and clearly can’t follow simple instructions.

Twice now on 2 different deliveries I received notification informing me that my must be signed for delivery would be on a certain day. So I stay in all day awaiting same but it doesn't arrive until the next day. Very very annoying, please vendors do not use this sham company.

Should be less than one star! Absolutely terrible service. They’re complete liars. They claimed they came to my house twice, but no one was home, which is not true. Then they said my phone number was incorrect, yet when I checked my order, it was perfectly right. Now they’re saying it’ll be delivered today before 10 PM, but seeing all these awful reviews, I seriously doubt it’ll happen. Extremely poor and unreliable service. This is my first time having a delivery through them for a product from abroad , and definitely the last!

A cunning driver who does his job without any effort, the only thing he cares about is how to make he doesn't bring your package and that you go get the package,also the operator who suddenly warns you, "that he is not the driver", in case you have any questions.... Lack of professionalism and shoddy work

They are the most frustrating company to deal with. Their phone number is AI operated and when you persevere to get through to a human they cut you off. They take chances with charges. Avoid at all costs
Absolutely useless company
Absolutely useless company, very inexperienced staff on the phone and in person. I was told by a woman on the phone that my package was in their warehouse and that I could pick it up. She made sure to double check this too. I drove one hour and thirty minutes to pick it up, when I arrived a women told me it's just left the warehouse! I wasted my time, so they told me then my package would be delivered the following day, two day's later and nothing. The tracking online now says it is back where it was when I drove to collect it. I've called them now and they've told me it now won't be delivered for another 4 day's! Stay well clear from this crowd.

Driver was exceptionally rude. When trying to arrange a delivery, it was an inconvenience to him to make arrangements. Took my package back and made no effort to contact me on the 2nd day yet said he did. I phoned the driver on the 3rd day, as tracking said package was out for delivery, but he had left package behind as he'd already tried twice to deliver so didn't have to try again and i could collect it myself! Different report being sent to the seller. Not able to get contact with customer service. Arrange delivery options not working on the website

They are keeping part of my shipment worth few thousand of € for few days now10.9.2025.It was soposed to be delivered 5.9.2025,delivery day just keep changing.
Can’t get a hold of real person to talk to and can’t collect the package from depot myself.
The rest of the packages came in damaged (just the packaging) and was treated very badly by delivery driver .
