Incredibly bad, like is it actually an elaborate hoax, are they a real delivery company?

Package to send? Throw it randomly on any passing bus, or cover it in breadcrumbs and see if the crows carry it off - either way, you'll stand a better chance of it arriving on time to the correct location than sending it with Fedex. I haven't time or energy to go into the litany of ways they f***ed up my delivery, just absolutely avoid at all costs.

I am disappointed that I even have to…

I am disappointed that I even have to give this company 1 star but unfortunately I do. I ordered a gift for my child a few weeks ago and it was meant to be delivered on the 19th December. I received an email on the 19th, it never arrived, I received an email on the 20th and it never arrived. I received another email on 23rd and it never arrived. I reached out to FedEx who said the parcel wasn't actually with them but requested BACK to customs. I couldn't get anyone on the phone but I was told over chat that it would be resolved and they would guarantee Christmas Eve delivery, only to be contacted again today to be told whoops sorry, but we won't deliver because you parcel is still somewhere in Dublin. We'll have one very upset child on Christmas morning when their main gift isn't waiting for them to open. I am beyond upset and angry at FedEx for ruining our Christmas. And to make it worse the member of staff I spoke with today told me how they had to call extra staff in just to handle the amount of complaints similar to mine.

Fedex/TNT.ie - never again!

Fedex/TNT.ie - the absolute WORST courier company on the planet. Delivery due on Tuesday 16th December and got this message on tracking: "Tallaght - Connection delay. Natural Causes. Recovery actions underway". Wednesday: "Consignment is out for delivery before 18.00" - except it wasn't. Thursday: Back in Shannon depot "Held awaiting correct address". They had the correct address for the past 3 days! Finally, delivered by a 3rd party courier (not TNT, not Fedex).

Fool me twice

Used the company twice. First time the urgent package that was meant to be sent by air went by normal post and arrived a week later even though urgent postage was paid. Second time also delays. Crappy unreliable company - Avoid

Debt collectors called

I was scammed by a company for something I ordered. I realised it after I completed the transaction. Sent numerous emails to FedEx to stop the delivery . All ignored. Thought you had to sign for packages nowadays. Parcel was returned to scammers who claim they didn't receive- this is reflected in their trustpilot reviews. No package now and slapped with extra charge from FedEx. Now they referred me onto a debt collector for an extra charge that i believed was in the process of being resolved. Money first ,customer care in the gutter.

Untruthful useless company…stay away if possible

I have been given totally wrong and misleading information regarding a delivery I am expecting and being carried by Fedex. I fad no control over which delivery service was to be used as this was done by the supplier. Waited all day yesterday for scheduled delivery and nothing arrived and no means of speaking to someone with truthful update. I hope that I never encounter FEDEX ever again. Total disaster of a company.

FedEx are a disgrace

FedEx gave a delivery date for today originally, then they changed it to yesterday, prompting me to take time off work to collect it. Low and behold, nothing arrives. A new collection date and time given, which was today between 0900 and 2200, again I take the day off work and nothing arrives.

So I highlighted this on the forum where I purchased the parcel from and many others got the exact same and took time off work. How FedEx can blatantly get away with lies like this, the deliveries all come from mainland Europe so holy head isn't an issue. Utterly disgraceful that they blatantly put false delivery dates up.

Started well end up wrong (bad attitude)

WOW....today 11 December 2024 a FedEx delivery man rung me, asked if I'm at home,I was at work.He had problem to find my place and in fact it is confusing,the entrance door is on the other side of the building,he supposed to drive around from the main road to the side road,I was trying to explain.....this guy didn't intend to deliver he said right away that this is wrong address...he was just beside my place ....the only thing like I said was that that the entrance door was on the back so he had to drive around for another 200-250 m , instead of that he said that he has no time,2 times highlighting that that's incorrect address,if he let me explain and if he had different attitude I d never write that review, communication and a bit of behaving is the key.I also sent him pictures of where he should find my place but he didn't bother to answer...
And again the eircode website doesn't help unfortunately.I have that man's phone number so if FedEx cares you should talk to him and I'll talk to someone that takes care of eircode...

Billing Headaches

Import Duty billing always presents as a problem. Current issue is they initally sent an demand for import payment and we paid that. They have since twice repeat billed us demanding payment for the same invoice with slightly different total. The online complaint form doesn't work because our invoice number has 7 digits but the form requires a 9 digit number. It will not accept our airway bill number either as that is also the wrong length for the form. These issues go on for months leaving accounting with a headache. The whole system is terrible. I am dreading ringing the contact phone number because that is a circular never ending not so merry go round. We deal with a few other import companies and the import duty payment is smooth and simple.
Update - Rang several help numbers and eventually got a person not a useless bot. Same story, I must talk to TNT about payment but the shipment and invoice responsibility is FedEx or vis versa. So it's stuck in an near endless frustrating loop of two different companies and several departments trying to decide who can deal with this problem.

Fed Ex is Untrustworthy

Fed Ex is Untrustworthy. They try to scam people by demanding payment again second time months later they threaten with legal action even when paid. Some busy companies and individuals must fall for this, as it seems to be the normal practice Fed Ex engages in according to social media articles and personal experience. Beware and avoid.
I would not trust or recommend this company whatsoever.

Complete lack of understanding their…

Complete lack of understanding their own duties to say the least about Irish fedex branch.
I have received returned faulty item that was previously sold to UK buyer, and fedex literally did accept the evidence I provided to prove this was a returned faulty item that should not be taxed. They eventually bullied me into paying all tax duties.

Bad service When I see my parcels being delivered…

When I see my parcels being delivered by FedEx, I dread it. Can’t manage deliveries. Can’t contact anyone for any enquiries. They sent me an invoice. I don’t know what for. States I can call on the number provided, but there is no phone number on it. Sent an email. Got no response. Give me DHL, DPD, FASTWAY any day

Easy to use apps, website. Can manage deliveries really easily.

FedEx is like a ghost.

Terrible service

Sent back an RMA to Amazon Germany, according to the history it's sitting in a Fedex warehouse for 2 weeks now near to the Amazon return centre. Every day they just update the expected delivery date to the next day. Only chatbot available which has no idea what my problem is, it's there: delivery date is the next day, all good. I have a feeling they simply lost the parcel.

Worst Delivery Company Ever

Would give negative stars if this were an option. I have been waiting at home for a week for a delivery from Japan but no parcel. Tracking is pointless - all they do is update the date to today's date and then the parcel remains in Santry. Then they have the cheek to tell me that they have tried delivering but no answer at my address, so they will only try one more time. B/S. I have been at home all week and no delivery. And as for customer service, just a bunch of BOTS and useless customer service agents who ‘claim’ to be sorry and ‘claim’ to be escalating the problem, and ‘promising’ that the delivery will be attempted again tomorrow, but guess what??? No attempt made. Feel very bad for Japanese guy who used FedEx - not his fault they're rubbish but he's going to have to sort this mess out now.
So moral of the story, Businesses: don't use FedEx to ship anything or you will lose customers.
