We’re still working out some kinks while they learn more about our business and feel. This may also be partly my fault while I learn how to properly explain what it is we want. Communication on their end has been great. When their drafts feel too computer generated or when I want something changed, it only takes a few days for them to correct

Unprofessional - Lack of respect of contract
I had a very negative experience with this company. We hired them because we wanted to improve our social media presence and have a more professional look for our visuals and content. We even purchased additional features beyond the basic plan.
Unfortunately, the person assigned as our strategist showed up to the first meeting without having read our file and failed to propose any clear strategy. This was highly unprofessional. Over the course of a month, we received content created by different people with inconsistent approaches and a clear lack of experience.
Some examples:
One post was sent with no customization at all, it still contained all the template text.
Another used poorly AI images that distorted text and damaged our brand presentation.
Several pieces showed no real understanding of our product or audience.
This was a stressful and very disappointing experience. The second meeting with the strategist was no better, she had not read my review comments, which I found very disrespectful.
As a small business, we cannot afford to waste time or money like this. The worst part was that the company refused to assign us a new strategist when we requested one. That, to us, confirmed that they were not honoring the service we contracted.
We believe we are entitled to a full refund for what we paid, and given the damages caused, compensation should be considered as well, which the company has also refused today.
Feedbird directly caused legal issues and do not apply feedback at all…
I initially went with feedbird because of their unbeatable price. It turns out that the reason that their price is so unbeatable is because they seem to be unable to handle multiple clients. Not only did they mix up my posts with my clients post and then deliver those to the client Costing me my own client. They also continue to target the wrong audience from my posts, and even after I canceled, it continued to post on my LinkedIn targeting an audience that I don’t actually market to. I had multiple meetings with Support, none of which resulted in any changes that were helpful at all The account managers regularly send screenshots to prove their point but nothing is actually changed or effective. Do not use this company if you want to have any sort of longevity in your social media their blogs say that they are human written while they’re obvious AI typos and grammatical errors when delivered to the client. Regularly claims were made that were unbathed and untrue creating high legal risk for my company and my clients company and when directed not to make such claims feedbird continue to make them.

Disappointed with Generic Content and Poor Value
I signed up for Feedbird hoping for tailored content aligned with my brand and niche. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
Generic, vague content: Despite providing clear feedback and examples, the posts I received were very generic. After two rounds of revisions, there was little improvement. It felt like my feedback wasn’t taken seriously.
Misaligned process: I expected the team to review my past work and capture my tone and style, but instead, they just created surface-level content starting from my initial ideas.
Lack of communication: I only received a notification for the first draft, not for revisions. I had to manually check for updates.
Refund refusal: When I canceled due to dissatisfaction, I was told refunds aren’t provided, even though the content delivered had no real value to me.
At the price point they charge, I expected thoughtful, customized work and reliable communication. Instead, I feel like this was a waste of time and money. I canceled my subscription and won’t be returning.

Freebird does a good job at managing social media. It's nice to work with a company that will take this task off our plate as an agency and allow us to focus more on selling.
Helpful Support, But Needs Better Execution
Having a dedicated manager and scheduling support has been a big help, and I appreciate the structure this agency provides. That said, I’ve experienced some challenges with communication and execution. Updates are not always provided in a timely manner, revision requests have sometimes been missed or misunderstood, and certain content produced hasn’t felt relevant to our specific geo and target demographics. With all the information we provided during onboarding, I was surprised to encounter some of the issues we went through. There’s definite potential here, but consistency and better alignment with our market would make the service much stronger.

We have two beauty businesses and would have a hard time creating content to post consistently. With Feedbird, it was so refreshing to have content created that aligned with our brand. With their help, we were able to add additional content and stretch everything throughout the days.
Our account manager was very informational and quick to respond, and the content creators delivered the content in a timely manner. They actually delivered the content before the projected date. The turnaround time to complete revisions was quick as well. We're very pleased with this service and will continue to use Feedbird!

For a long time I struggled to allow myself to outsource my social media. I thought I should easily be able to do it myself, but for some reason, I wasn't consistent because I didn't Know what to post.
Every where I looked, companies were asking for hundreds to thousands of dollars. Im a new business so I can't afford that much.
