Consistent, easy, hands off. Love it!

I'm only two months in but so far I'm very pleased with this service. The posts they do are fairly 'bland' however they do a great job of keeping to the brand and doing their research into your company voice. I have been posting my own more personalized content in between the Feedbird posts and that's working very well for me. I love that I can just let them get on with it! I appreciate the fact they check in each month to see if there's anything specific I'd like to promote. I'll definitely continue to use Feedbird to keep posting consistently for my business.

I really wanted this to work

I really wanted this to work — the service sounded so promising, and the TrustPilot reviews looked great. Unfortunately, my experience has been really disappointing.

I’ve provided detailed feedback twice and even had a video call with their content strategist, but there have been no real improvements. The content looks very obviously AI-generated — which is fine in principle — but it’s poorly executed, like they don’t know how to use prompts to make the lighting or people look realistic. They also just copied and pasted my comments as captions (which were directions rather than text to be verbatim used) and didn’t use any of the content I’d uploaded.

It’s been six weeks and $150 AUD for absolutely no usable result. Maybe the quality depends on which account manager or content creator you’re assigned — but in my case, it hasn’t been worth it. I was really hoping it would live up to the ads, but I wouldn’t recommend it, unfortunately.

Feedbird is Amazing!

Feedbird has been great thus far! They truly understand the vision and got it the first time. I only had to make minor revisions. They complete the drafts quickly and began posting in less than 10 days.As long as you submit everything timely and give them a basis to start, they are off to the races. I highly recommend this platform if you are on a budget and do not have time to post. They are legit!

Loving it so far

Loving it so far

Not having much time/knowledge about social media I picked the basic plan and am very happy with the process. It's been very easy to at least have some posts. It's understandable and expected to take a bit of time for the people doing the work to get to know the products, etc.

Long turn arounds, lots of mistakes, incorrect posting sequence

The Company boast an easy process, founder to founder, at an affordable price. They promise quick turnarounds (in less than 10 days), I have been waiting more than 6 weeks for the content. After me having to follow up tirelessly multiple times a day, it wasn't until I said I would like to make a formal complaint, did they start to take action. They then posted the content on the incorrect days and out of sequence, so it doesn't make sense or tell a story. The captions are AI generated and not specific or researched in to which hashtags actually work. They cannot post any content that has engagement items like polls, QA's or learn more boxes. The account manager is an AI bot, if it isn't I am shocked at the level of service. A waste of time and money - very disappointing as I have multiple brands and was really looking forward to working with them on an on-going basis, and had been telling everyone about them. Sadly now, I can only warn people away from them.

The platform does great work!

The platform does great work. Visuals are very professional. Some inconveniences I would bring up are; you have 3 different tabs up to monitor Feedbird(Planable & Airtable)/ when you ask for revisions it doesn't show you when or what the revised, just shows you the status as revised/ posts aren't very seasonal, I don't see why that wouldn't be a common change for the platform to follow. In all this is a great tool to have if you have a smaller business.

When you know very little about social media marketing and presentation, when you search for a solution only to find people selling you their solution to a problem they tell you, you have.
