I signed up and paid for majestic.
I can't send or receive messages from my matches. I have un and reinstalled several times even tried older versions of the app. Nothing works the screen is blank. Meanwhile my likes are piling up and I can't contact anyone. Customer service is NONE existent. I want my money back

The user experience is atrocious. More often than not it just doesn’t work.
The support is non-existent for months on end and when they do finally reply, it’s completely incompetent.
A great proportion of the profiles are clearly fake.

It was ok at first then about a month into it, it completely changed after they introduced an updated version.
It’s now full of glitches and you can no longer see where people live. It just shows distance mileage where it used to show the city or town ,which is almost no use.
About half the time, I can not access my messages. The app just acts like it’s frozen and it can be a week or more before it actually works again.
Customer service is of absolute no help as your messages are just replied to by what seems like a robot. About 10 emails to fix the problems have resulted in exactly zero solutions.
Worst of all in my opinion, is the amount of fake profiles . About 70 percent of the matches are from “ single , super hot,20-30 something girls “ that are trying to get you to use a what’s up or similar app. All of them type in broken English and as soon as you call them on it or block them, they report you. They really need to figure out a way of vetting members or they will soon have only fakes. everyone that I know that uses this app has the same frustrations.
In closing, while you may have some luck meeting fun people on here, it’s entirely too frustrating and expensive to want to continue sifting through fake profiles and not being about to access messages.
Save your money there are too many other good apps on here that are just as much fun to use and a lot less frustrating

The site is the worst "dating" site ever. It is also a site that most are there for sex, period. It is full of fake profiles, does not work correctly, and when attempting to get help to fix problems, the tech help is non existent. I firmly believe they have no intention on fixing anything, only attempting to line the pockets of the incompetent CEO. The site needs to go away.

It used to be a site for like minded people to hook up etc now it's worse than Tinder.
They say that they are using reverse image search when profiles are created but they obviously don't as in the past 2 weeks I have checked women's profiles whom connected with me and they were all fake and a quick search soon found this out. Ever since the updated version came live I have had nothing but issues especially with free pings and have to continuously contact them about this. Plus they are using fake profiles to get people to pay to access the apparent messages yet as soon as you join you don't hear from these profiles again, total scam...
Horribly operated app
Horribly operated app. During an "upgrade" in November, i became unable to see the people who had liked me, despite having Majestic (premium) membership. I logged a request about it and sent multiple follow up messages, but have still heard nothing. In December, i renewed my annual membership, and within a few days, was blocked from logging in, with no explanation provided (I had done nothing abusive towards any other user). I have emailed "Support" numerous times and have received no response. I've resultantly logged a separate request to cancel my membership which i cannot use and to refund me - again, no response, despite numerous follow up mails. The only way to contact Feeld outside of the app seems to be via its support@f****.co email address, an inbox which does not seem to be monitored or managed by any humans. A great concept but very, very poorly executed.

The name 'Feeld' is touted as 'Free' to use - it isn't!

For 'free' members functionality is pants and there's very little that you can do.
I suspect that for 'Majestic' members the filtering is still pants.
Paid membership is very expensive for what it is.
(imho) You can't charge people strong money unless you have a strong product.
Most people on dating websites are not going to pay.
These people are making up numbers, essentially they are your merchandise.
If you alienate them or make it impossible for them to respond to contacts from paid members then you are shooting yourself in the foot big time. The business will fail.

Since 2019/2020 it’s been invaded by fake profiles, and more than 50% of profiles there are created for scam or catfish!
Last yeas I gave up and deleted it.

as many others have reviewed in here, my account got blocked out of nowhere. i read through the guidelines and as far as i can see I'm not overstepping anything.
i reach support who asks me to send a selfie with a book. after that, nothing! this has gone on for a month now!

I've had a similar experience to many below, my account was blocked for a jokey status that I wrote about the swarms of fake accounts advertising things like "Humpnow.com"...
I contacted customer service weeks ago and have heard nothing back, just a generic message stating that "their customers mean everything to them".
The only reason that I'm remotely bothered is because I was in conversation and had made a great connection with a member, who I've now lost contact with.

My account has been blocked for no apparent reason.
The ‘Contact Support’ button that appears under ‘Account Blocked’ did not lead to anyone responding to my enquiry for an explanation.
After a week of waiting, nothing happened
After much digging around online, I emailed FEELD support.
And then the lies began;
‘Our Members are incredibly important to us – you are why Feeld exists. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work on making things right.’
Every couple days a request appeared; check my version of FEELD is the latest; send a photo (I don’t have a photo of my face on my profile… so pointless); send the email address I used to sign up with.
Each time I responded promptly. Nothing happened.
The only consistent sentence I am sent is this:
‘Our Members are incredibly important to us – you are why Feeld exists. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work on making things right.’
This is not true.
What is true, is that you have taken my yearly subscription, offered a buggy app that repeatedly kicks one out of conversations, shows an incorrect thread of conversation that does not update in real time, doesn’t show pictures that have been sent between users, or the app is frequently ‘down’ for days on end, and now FEELD blocks accounts for no reason and has no customer support to resolve the problems the app itself creates.
I have tolerated this for two years as a Majestic Member as despite FEELD’s unreliability I do meet interesting people and it is my go to dating app.
However this is the last straw.
My account being blocked for no reason and no explanation and poor customer support has soured my experience. I have cancelled my subscription and will not be returning to FEELD in the near future.
Two guys I recently connected with and was interested in pursuing our conversation and meeting have probably disconnected from me as a result of this block or they just think I
am rude and ghosted them.
Thanks a bunch.

It's been weeks and still no one on feeld has responded to me on here or on site. Paid for membership but not given what I paid for. The customer service team is non existent. Do yourself a favour and avoid this site at all costs.

this is truely the worst developped app on the planet. so limited functionnaly and of course lacking every tiny bit of transparency. the app was down for more than a week in december 2023 and no single approvement (in teh benefit and viewpoint of the user) was added. what a timewaste this app.

This app used to be pretty good but had a few glitches. I’ve met up with a few people from it before the update and so I recommended it to quite a few friends. Now it is literally full of fake profiles and the features on the upgrade that you can purchase don’t even work. I complained to App Store but I didn’t get a refund. I really don’t understand how the owners of the app can let it get so bad to the point that it’s obviously going to lose all of its customers. So weird.
I have used Feeld for a number of years
I have used Feeld for a number of years. Occasionally I pay but most of the time I don’t but that doesn’t seem to matter. Also, I’m a man, so my experience may be different than others. If I had to guess at least half of the profiles are fake or scammers. I’m a decent looking man and I’d say in a week I may get 1 like if I’m lucky. This is in comparison to other apps where a average 10 to 20 a week. Even when I pay there is no difference. When I do finally match, they usually say nothing or write one thing. It’s a horrible site for men to meet women. Save your money.
Arbitrarily blocked from my account.
So today I went to log in and I could not. Eventually after going through the sign on again I am told that my account is blocked. No explanation.
To get access they wannt a photo with a book in order to review my account.
As yet they still have not resolved my issue with being unable to contact someone who sent me a ping. So much for paying for majestic!
So it seems that either FEELD is fed up with me or this is yet another glitch denying me that which I pay for.
I wonder how long they will take to sort it, if they sort it which they have not so far!
The recent upgrade debacle added…
The recent upgrade debacle added problems to an already extremely buggy platform. After paying for one more month membership, the payment of which has hit my bank, I have yet to receive an actual upgrade or member benefits. There has been nothing but an auto-response from Feeld, after 24 hours of pinging support; and in addition to all of that, I can no longer log in after logging in - clicking the link sent to confirm my account in email brings me to a Firebase "dynamic link not found" error message (Failed to resolve uri domain prefix: xxxx.
If you are the developer of this app, ensure that your Dynamic Links domain is correctly configured and that the path component of this URL is valid.) when I confirm the link.
Avoid this app at all costs.
