Excellent customer service. I did not receive my order, perhaps it was a combination of holiday madness and USA delivery. Feetunique promotly corresponded thoughtfully, ultimately resending the awesome shoelaces after a designated waiting period. Thank you, my godchild immediately put the laces in and loves them.

There was a delay in my order..
There was a delay in my order... received it a month after i placed my order and it was a paid shipping. There must be some problems along the line but I am truly satisfied with the laces! I received it in good condition, exactly the color I wanted! I am disregarding the delayed delivery because the customer service rep Tanika was so responsive and attentive to the customer’s queries and complaints. Will order more in the future. This company is amazing! You can buy shoelaces in almost any color and length for under $5 and have them mailed to your house free. The quality of the lace is excellent My boots with the new gray laces are ready to go!

Finally, shoe laces long enough that I can lace my high-tops and still have enough lace to tie a sturdy bow. Love the colors. Customer service went the extra mile for me.

Most colors great - “light brown” more like a cream colr
Ordered 5 pair of round laces. One in black, one in dark brown, one in dark gray and two in light brown. Quality of all seems great. Only over time and use will I know for sure. Color of black, dark brown and dark gray are as described. Color of light “brown” is really between a cream and very light beige. Since the light brown are for my Skechers canvas light brown shoes that truly are light brown the laces received as “light brown” are totally useless. At $3.99 per pair that makes my 5 pair $19.95 purchase come out to $6.65 per pair for the ones that are useable. Search is on for real “light brown” laces.

I order stuff for Europe on a regular basis. It's never taken thia long. Three weeks since I got the notification that it shipped and I still don't have it.
It doesn't take that long to mail shoelaces anywhere in the world

To answer your concerns:
We try to make it clear in our review-email that you may not have received your order yet (If you chose "free shipping" method) and in that case you shouldn't give a review yet.
The delivery time for free shipping is 10-20 business days, which we also try to make clear on our checkout page. (I assume it's this shipping method you chose, as I can't check).
I know the shipping-time is longer than regular shipping from Europe, but the slow free method we use, is the only we can we get a cheap enough price to offer free shipping for orders down to $3.99 and still make a tiny profit.
There is actually still a chance your laces is coming to you soon (20 business days = maximum 4 weeks)
Contact me directly on cc.detail.rb@live.dk or customer service at: support@feetunique.net with your order ID, then I'll/we'll be happy to give you an estimated delivery date. (Assuming it's not overdue yet)
If it's overdue we'll re-ship your order with fast shipping, which will dramatically lower the delivery time.
