Very friendly professional service.
Huge range of stock at affordable prices

Fenn Mobility were very responsive to my initial query. They agreed to visit with chairs. Gave an exact time. Assessed the needs and delivered 2 chairs, as agreed.
The chairs are being used and are appropriate for thrill needs.
Definitely recomnend

Our visit to the new showroom was very good. Jo, our assistant, was extremely helpful and informative. She listened and explained to my elderly Father attentively. Having seats to sit on whilst dealing with the purchasing is also extremely helpful. Thank you Jo.

Already have robust motorised wheelchair for outside and a lighter version indoors but wanted a light wheelchair to get from stair lift to bedroom and shower as had fall when using rotator. Sara so professional and pleasant. Took careful measurements and advised on different products. There was no pressure to buy and I was given plenty of time to try out the wheelchairs and practice negotiating tight bends and getting into and out of chair. She also gave some useful advice to my husband on different weights of chairs. I’m delighted with the chair I bought which gets me around upstairs safely.

Could not have been more patient and helpful

I needed ramps for a wheelchair, I was impressed with the help and suggestions I was given and bought a pair. I certainly recommend a visit.

We had two recliner chairs delivered. The two men delivering were polite and helpful . They removed the old armchairs first for us before setting up the new. They made sure all worked property before leaving. A great service !

Fen Mobility could not have been more helpful when finding an electric wheelchair for my 97-year-old aunt. Their wonderful engineer, Kevin, came out twice to the house with different types of wheelchair. (The second time we paid a small delivery charge but the first time was free.) This allowed my aunt time to try out the wheelchair around the tight corners of her cottage.

Fen Mobility Centre are amazing and Sara, Sonia, Jo and Lucinda are so helpful. I have brought many aids from here and I have recently purchased a Robooter E60 all terrain powerchair. I am so thankful for Fen Mobility Centre and I feel like part of the family when I go to see them. Amazing company and highly recommend.

We collect urgent supplies for those in need in Ukraine. Massive thank you to Fen Mobility Centre for kindly fixing a donated wheelchair that had a broken hand brake lever.

Plus donating some other supplies they had in the showroom also.

Simple things like this really change lives and allow people with mobility issues the freedom they so desperately need.

Sonia and her team saved me losing any more sleep by fixing my mums wheelchair whilst I sat and had a cup of tea!!! When you rely on a piece of equipment to allow your mum to be able to get out of bed and ‘have a life’ it’s services like Fen Mobility who come to the rescue. I couldn’t be more grateful to Kevin for fixing it up and finding new parts amongst stock.

We bought a riser recliner chair. The store had a good range of chairs and price. Sarah who demonstrated the chairs was both knowledgeable and helpful and we left confident that we had bought the right chair.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff took a genuine interest in finding the perfect mobility scooter for my mum, and helped her get used to the controls. Feels like a caring, family-run business that contributes a valuable service to the community. A rare thing!

Very happy with the help in choosing something suitable.

While visiting our disabled daughter at Ely her rise and recliner chair stopped working. This occurred on a Saturday afternoon.

We were due to return to our home in Nottingham the next day but could not do so without having the chair fixed before we left and so give us peace of mind.

I contacted Fen Mobility by E Mail on Saturday evening and they responded by E Mail early Sunday morning saying they would be in touch by telephone on the Monday morning.

We had a phone call at 8-40 am on the Monday and after explaining the problem 2 engineers arrived at our Daughters house at 1 minute to 9.

After a preliminary examination the engineers found the problem and fixed it and left the premises by 9-20 am.

This was a quite outstanding response particularly as it was over a weekend
