I've got the invoice with incorrect…
I've got the invoice with incorrect address. I asked the service about it and requested for modification, but they rejected it, as they can modify the invoice just for a company, not a private person.
Boxes are unopened yet, due to the above issue. If invoice will not updated, I going to resend the whole pack.

The product hasn't been still…
The product hasn't been still delivered. Your logistic partner - DPD - is simply terrible. I have received 4 excusses instead of the goods. Altough, we have asked and paid for home delivery and payment on receival, DPD asked for a forepayment, than placed the product in a parcell holder, communicated a wrong PIN code, ... a tragedy. The goods have been taken back to the central warehouse, the saga is still continuing - 13.05.2026.

Delivery schedule realistic and kept.
I haven't seen (maybe overlooked), that the delivery of 1 lamp takes place in 2 boxes, and the delivery company delivered to 2 different locations. That created first an issue not understanding why the missing parts, secondly then logistics issue to collect the complete consignment.
