Unsatisfied

The box (nr.1) arrived damaged, in 2 packages from which one was arriving 3 days apart from the other. I don’t like that there’s no proper customer service- just email (the colleague answered in a timely manner at least), would have preferred if they have a hotline or website chat service. Overall not satisfied with the whole service. About the product: it is also hard to assemble- a proper guide would helped. The bottom is especially difficult to screw tightly. My pieces of metall had here and there some rust on it… and there was a tiny screw missing - assuming the damaged box didn’t help these issues. Otherwise the lamp is nice - if I knew how this would go, wouldn’t order from here.
