The delivery was delayed by over a week because no weekend delivery. I would have liked a manual with product. I am happy with the product - the stand could have been easier to fix.

Initial Unpacking Review.
As a former TLO with Ferguson, long since retired, for pure nostalgia, it would have been nice to have had a set with the Ferguson label rather than Cello !
The set works well, no problems with the packaging and assembly, the instructions are clear enough and installation presented no problems. Performance: viewing angle is rather low, but I suspect that the display was designed as a computer monitor rather than a TV. Viewed at centre line at about 1.5 metres it's okay. Sound quality out of the box is poor and an external system is necessary. A frontal or side earphone socket would have been nice.
All in all a good little TV for the price. and it's nice to see the Ferguson name still out there !!

Ferguson 16" tv/dvd
Ordered the Ferguson 16" tv/dvd but as Ferguson policy regarding stock I was sent the Cello 16"tv/dvd with the 2 year warranty, first time buying direct from Ferguson, excellent service and reasonably priced, would recommend and would use again

Why ask for a review a year after purchase?

What I can not work out is why when I purchased the set a year ago I am now being asked for a review.
I am still waiting for the promised paper instruction for the set and although polite the customer service did not know the correct timing process hence the reduced star rating.

Nice television
Nice television, just the right size for my small kitchen! The sound is a bit tinny though, (think you can get a sound bar to improve it). Delivery was good and fast, so one happy customer.

small cello freeview portable tv…
Bought a small freeview portable tv from ferguson /cello suitable for use with mains or battery if camping. Was delivered on time and for its size gives off a good image. Plastic screen can move in and out from frame if moving or packing.
