I have been dealing with Fernlands for a number of years and whether I have been online or attended in person, I have always had a positive interaction. The ordering online is easy and the costs and timeliness for delivery are great.

The staff at Fernland are always so very helpful, informative & friendly. I really can't speak highly enough about Fernland, & their lovely staff. Even if what we need is not in stock, the staff will do their utmost to find a solution. One of the few remaining businesses that actually value customer service. Love these guys!

My greenkeeper’s level arrived quickly but it wasn’t level not sure if it was damaged in transport which is out of your control. What was in your control was that I rang you to talk about it but no answer so I left a message that hasn’t been answered. I have had numerous emails from you but no response from the message I left.

The new updated online ordering system is great. You can get your order together at any time whether FL is open or not.
Team members who assist over the phone with questions & or follow up are so knowledgeable & courteous, its amazing service always. Plus, if they say they will get back to you they certainly do, every time. No company or business I know does this, as it pains me to be continually f/up others. So, it is always a pleasure to deal with FL.
The only thing is the out of stocks or low products that cause you to pay, but not receive until a later date.
