The long handled pruner
The long handled pruner that I had from you before was excellent and so razor sharp. It also appeared to have a wider opening therefore enabling a wider range of small branches to be cut, than the model I recently purchased from you. The blade of the more recent one looks smaller too?

The purchasing of products were simple and straight forward. The reson for the 5 stas is simply because there was no exact delivery addresss. I informed the sales person that it would be best to have the external delivery compnay call when approaching the site. What could have been a nightmare went exactl to plan. Product therefore arrived on time to the right location. In future, I will continue using Fernland as my sole supplier.

Proformas are not accurate for us to place orders
you don't seem to hold adequate stock of pesticides so your proformas are out of date when we order. this has happened twice, making it hard to request pesticides.
