The absolute worst!!

The absolute worst!!! Never order from them. I ordered a small bouquet to be delivered and they came crumpled up and dead. By the next day they were completely dead. So ugly and have ignored my request for a refund. Most definitely a scam do not waste your money on this company. Very upset with this

May as well just steal your money.

Crooks will steal your money.
Valentines delivery missed had to bulky to get it delivered a day late THEN Birthday flowers and perfume not delivered at all but refund refused! Claimed they tried to deliver and call recipient but no delivery card left and no missed calls on the number they had - feels like a total con. Refuse to even try to redeliver even the perfume after one supposed attempt! and won’t refund for goods not supplied. There are plenty of companies who can do a good job - this is not one of them and should be avoided at all costs - -or it will cost you!

DO NOT USE!

Please do not order a cake from this place. What was supposed to be a nice surprise for my husband ended up as a horrible mess being delivered. Really disappointed and when communicated this to customer services, I was pretty much told to like it or lump it!

PayPal should blacklist this company

Ur overall review on trustpilot is 2.3 stars. That speaks itself for your service. Also, other customers, if you have not been happy with their service for whatever reason and you have paid via PayPal then you can file a complain to them and escalate it in resolution center of PayPal. When They will blacklist FNP, may be then they will take customer complaints seriously!!!! After posting reply to my reviews you still haven’t fixed the order. The order was placed for 13th Jan and today is 27th Jan and still no customer service.

Cake not delivered!

Placed an order( No: 21027470) for cake delivery(Rs. 818/-) on 20th Dec'2020 for an in-house event on 22nd evening. On providing the Bangalore Pincode, I got a confirmation from FNP that the cake can be delivered on 22nd around 12 noon which was confirmed by 2 of their execs on the telephone. It was quite an embarrassment when the cake DIDNOT arrive at all. It appears the cake is sent from Delhi to Bangalore and Blue Dart has delivered it elsewhere.
FNP should change their delivery partner.

NEVER buy flowers from this company

NEVER NEVER buy via this company as the quality is poor and the after sales service is even worse.
We ordered 100 roses. When they arrived it was beautiful however 3 days later they looked like they were 10 days old and after 4 days we already had to throw them away. By contacting the company they said there was nothing they could do they would only take complains within 2 days of delivery. Really???? We spent 700 dirham and they only guarantee 2 days!!

From bad to horrendous, Ferns and Petals are cheating people of their money and trust

Hi all... am sharing the review in proper points so everyone can understand easily.

1. I had ordered a bouquet of yellow Lillies on 10th evening for ₹ 1549 on their website at 6.30 pm.

2. I was asked to pay Rs. 200 extra to choose a standard delivery time (I had chosen 9 pm) for which I had made the payment.

3. After placing the order, at around 8 pm I get an email stating that a ticket has been raised and it contained the following message:

We are sorry to inform you that it won't be possible for us to deliver the order as per your chosen time slot because of some unavoidable circumstances. Your order will now be delivered between 23:00:00 Hrs - 23:59:00 Hrs.

4. Midnight time was simply unacceptable so I replied to them at 9.18 pm asking why was my order not to be delivered on the designated time.

5. At 9.30 pm I get the same above message that they are sorry and can't deliver at the assigned time.

6. At around 9.50 I again wrote why was I getting an automated message when I had raised a ticket asking about the delay.

7. At 11.20 pm I get the following message.

We are closing this request from our end, since our team is working on your Request Id 201010-00005295 and will revert to you shortly on that.

We value your relationship with us.

8. I understood that they don't value any relationship that they mention in their email or on their website. So I tried reaching on their customer care number but guess it was closed.

9. At 12.38 pm I get a ticket message that the order is delivered.

10. I shared my experience on social media including Trust Pilot and they said they will look into the matter.

11. After 2 days, on 12th October around 7 pm I get the following ticket message.

Dear Bimal Desai,

We deeply regret the disappointing experience you had with us this time.

We missed an opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience with us and we are very sorry about it.

Please share the snapshot of the delivered product so that we can check and do the needful.

In order for us to resolve this for you, we request you to share the snapshot at the earliest since complaints against perishable product/s are registered only if made within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

12. To my horror, the flowers that were sent were Red and not Yellow which I had ordered.

13. After 3 days' time when someone had called from their call centre and I narrated my harrowing experience, they asked me to email me the Red Lillies photo so they can look into it.

14. And today I get a ticket message that I did not send the photo within 48 hours so they can't do anything and the chapter is closed.

This is their message today at around 5.15 pm.

Dear Bimal Desai,

We deeply regret the disappointing experience you had with us this time. We missed an opportunity to give you an enjoyable experience with us and we sincerely apologize for it.

We are sorry to let you know that a complaint against perishable product is registered only if it is made within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

We thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback has been taken up seriously and we assure you that we would do all in our capacity to improve our services to meet your expectations the next time and get the opportunity to serve you better in future.

We value your relationship with us.

15. I tried reaching theri customer care and I was asked about my order details and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes (actually holding and waiting on phone) and it got disconnected very conveniently.

16. I called again and spoke to some Kedar and he said he will escalate my complaint but they can't do any refunds to which I shared my grievance and told them that I would be forced to file a consumer complaint.

17. I read thousands of complaints online about Ferns and Petals and if this con company runs their business like this and cheats people of their trust — they need to be shown their rightful place.

18. I want everyone who has faced any kind of issue with Ferns and Petals to share their experience with me since I am thinking of filing a consumer complaint against them and other fellow members' difficulties will be helpful for the same.

If I can put lest rating I will, I buy a computer, didn't come as I request,( Was dirty and broken) I didn't even use, same day I receive I... call to return, take a while to receive email back from them, i keep calling customer service, NO help, finally after calling almost every day they send me the order to return, I shipped back now it is more than two month I don't have my refund. STAY AWAY FROM TIGGERDIRECT. I am still waiting for my refundread more
