Worst lender I have ever encountered

Worst lender I have ever encountered. I have had 3 loans with them and paid them off on time, no defaults.
At the end of the last loan they invited me to apply for another and promptly declined my application.
Worst company to rebuild your credit rating.
Don't get too excited counting on them for a second or third loan....

Fast approval

Fast approval, fast bank transfer and quick repayments (to larger repayments is preferable to me than ten smaller ones like most other loan companies) :)

Customer service was disgustingly rude …

Customer service was disgustingly rude did not follow processes properly and were not accomodating when trying to fix their mistakes. I will most definitely not be using this service again even if I needed it as a last resort.

Change lending criteria without explanation, decline otherwise loyal customer

I had four loans over a period of several months, and there were no issues in this time. One time, without ANY change in my circumstances, I was told that I do not meet the lending criteria. I was advised that their criteria may change and to try again in the future. I was told that the applications are assessed via an automatic system, and no one is able to tell me what is different on the "system" now, to what there was previously.
You've lost a customer, not that you want my business anyway despite repaying my previous loans without delay or issue. Good luck.
