$3000 repaid on $1900 loan what a rort. Furthermore the whole maintenance on the website they claim is lies it’s been like that for months don’t even bother with these crooks!

Currently being taken through court by ASIC for fees they should not have been charging. Don't buy the excuse on their website for "Maintenance". Do a quick google and you can see the court case moving.

Approved for a loan to purchase Christmas presents last Wednesday & a week later have still not received the funds ? How embarrassing! No ownership or apology from Ferratum either & worst Christmas ever for my kids, just so disappointed.

message after message after message after message saying my loan will be approved, i finalize the app and then get told they cannot do it...useless

I have found all the staff have been helpful and courteous, when I am in need, I know I can count on them,,,,,,,

Excellent service with no problems at all, easy to set up and deal with.
Yes the interest is high but you expect that with a no credit check loan.
If you don't miss a payment I find them great to deal with.

DONT NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH ferrarum I got a $1000 loan and the interest of 6months is $520, I missed a payment and called them straight away and they wouldn’t let me make the payment as they will charge a default interest charge on top of the missed payment, will never get a loan through this company again BEWARE !!!!

A great company. Always courteous and polite when dealing with them over the phone. I would recommend this company anytime for their promptness in getting a loan approved and money in bank.

My wife tried to get a loan from this company, she put her details in, os should I say she tried to put her details< my details kept coming up, finally got to where she needed the pin, Nothing happened, sent numerous emails, still nothing, Then she asked me to ring them, Got the pin! She did not even get past this point.as soon as the pin deails arrived, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL DECLINING HER REQUEST!! Oh damn Well she and her daughter only get $45000+ between them and were declined for a sum of $1500 I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY< THEY ARE REAL NOVICES< We as a couple used OKMoney for the past 20 years for quick loans, never had a problem till they told us they were going out of Business. Now we need a company that will help. NOT THIS CRUD COMPANY and I hope you people take notice of this

The customer support is absolutely disgraceful - I wanted to pay my loan out early and they wouldn't send me a payout letter so I'd know how much I needed to pay to finalise the loan. They strung me along for ages.....I needed to get the ombudsman involved in the end.

Very bad experience with Ferratum.I applied as a previous customer for a very small amount pretty sure they can help me. I received back one of the wrong customer experience...my application has been rejected in less than one minute for no reason...just a big waste of time with them if cannot help people just change job.

Do not get a loan with ferratum. Worst short term loan company ever. They charge u a fortune for a missed payment & then direct debit twice the week after & other bloody fees on top of that. DO NOT BORROW FROM FERRATUM!!!

I had tried today online to apply for a loan. I got all the way through the application, only thing i had to do was click on the credit guide button and it kept saying unknown error. I did this 3 times and went on chat and not one of the 3 customer service people helped me. I have heard good things about this company, shame i do not get to experience it.

Ferratum loans are quick and easy. With no hidden cost. I have used them many times now to help with those unexpected bills.

Reapplied after 4 yrs for $200. Was approved but they put the money in my old bank acc. I still had to pay it back & was credited $100 into my current acc. Very terrible service. Met my contractual repayments (Jan-Feb 2018). Have attempted a new loan today only to be declined. None of my details have changed and been in the same job for 7 yrs. Ferratum are useless lenders. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. You will get burnt.

Best company out there for short loans, I'm a regular customer and they never disappoint me.
