I have dealt with this company for over a year now - I have always had funds to pay my repayments on time and even paid one in full within a matter of a couple of weeks - yet when I applied for this most recent loan to get funds for a removalist - I was turned down.

I work full time as an Uber driver and I start a new part time job on the 3rd of January and this loan would have really helped me through a tight spot as I was about to move on the 2nd and I do not have $1900 in one go to spend on removalists costs but certainly could afford the repayments.

So I believe their decision is bad and unjustified - I never once defaulted on any payments and even though I have been through hard times - I never once never made a repayment on time - maybe they should change their values because on their website it is different then what they offer -
