The website and is difficult to use and I can't seem to get the rewards wheel to load most days, though I think that is a network security thing on my end. The giftcard options for rewards points exchange are very limited and the fact that we cannot use more than one is very frustrating. As well as the fact that we cannot use a giftcard code and a discount code together, FWP pens and ink are widely discouraged as not that great of products, but I thought I would give them a try for myself. After ordering a $200 pen set with the $50 giftcard I had, and had to sit on the $20 one I have not heard back on yet, The item was seemingly delivered to the wrong address and I still have no idea where it is. instead of using a decent delivery service with decent tracking BetterTrucks??? was used, and there are no pictures to see where it was delivered, no signature required for such an expensive item. and the best customer service advice is that I should look and ask around at my neighbors houses to see if they got it by mistake, and then try going to the local post office, who have no record of this delivery since it was not shipped/handled by them...... very disappointed in this and very disappointed that FWP is the company who got LOTR licensed pens/ink.

The color of this pen is amazing. It has a depth that goes far beyond anything I expected. The gold accents complement it perfectly. It feels weighty in the hand and writes easily.

The company has been great to deal with so far! As a customer I couldn't be happier! Their response was extremely quick when I had encountered a small problem, which they immediately rectified. I am a new customer and haven't tried the products yet and I am just waiting on my orders to arrive in the mail so I can't review those but if the products are anything like their customer service it will be top shelf!

Ferris Wheel Press excels at creating visually magical inks. The shimmer payoff is rich and adds a luxurious sparkle to writing or artwork. The bottles and colors feel premium and collectible.
The calligraphy inks lay down smooth, have excellent flow, and the slight opacity gives strokes a bold, elegant presence.
Ferris Wheel Press inks sit on the pricier side. For those experimenting with multiple colors, it can become a costly hobby.

I got a glass dip pen from Ferris Wheel Press, and I'm so in love. This is my second glass dip pen, and both of them are handcrafted in Japan. It writes beautifully and cleans so easily

Super fast turnaround and response time and my inquiry was handled by a number of different staff members who were all on the same page about my issue - I didn’t feel like I had to keep re-explaining myself and was pleased with the positive attitude and excitement of the customer service representatives.

I bought the beautiful Bijou fountain pen in Printmaker’s teal. The pen itself is stunning however it was the customer service that really stood out. Sara from the customer service team helped me out with an issue swiftly and with such kindness.

OMG! This pen writes beautifully and the ink!!!! 💗 It’s my first purchase from Ferris Wheel and I am now obsessed with their products. I can’t wait to order more items.

I recently purchased 6 items from Ferris Wheel Press and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased three bottles of their 10mL inks and one bottles of their 38mL inks. I also purchased a fountain pen from them. I love how their bottles are shaped. They all look like perfume/potion bottles and look very luxurious and expensive. I also love the art on the outside of the packaging. Each one is very unique but are all very thoughtfully made and beautiful. I also purchased the shipping guarantee just to be safe in case of porch pirates.

The following is my thoughts on each of the products:

1. Shipping guarantee: very important if porch pirates are in your area. I wouldn't want my package to be damaged or stolen so this was a must for me.

2. Aluminum Carousel Fountain Pen - Terracotta Canyon: beautiful fountain pen with a nice weight to it. The pen is made of metal and the cap posts well.
The writing is also very smooth with it.

3. 38mL Bathurst Blue Denim: Beautiful denim blue with silver shimmer. Very nice everyday color for writing, and the silver gives it a nice elegance.

4. Browned and Buttered 10ml Ink: Warm and toasty brown with beautiful gold shimmer. Looks like a good color for any time of fancy vintage vibe writing. Love this color.

5. Gossiping Grapevine 10ml Ink: This is the ideal purple for an ink color in my opinion, just the base color by itself. With the shimmer, this ink is just stunning.

6. Highland Smoke 10ml Ink: Great gray for everyday use if a solid black is not your cup of tea. Since there is no shimmer, no worries about clogging the nib to your favorite pen. Love it.

I had an issue with a pen I had purchased and contacted Ferris Wheel Press. Within a day I had a reply and they were sending a replacement. That was the first product issue I have had in my time as a customer and with now almost 50 inks in my collection I am really happy to continue growing my collection knowing that they truly stand behind their products and value their customers.

Great company, great service, great product

I ordered several of the 10ml inks (since the larger sizes were sold out 🥲) and, unfortunately, one of them broke in transit, spilling all over the inside of the bubble wrap and even staining the outer cardboard box. Neha & Eisha ever so thoughtfully responded almost immediately to the concerns and shipped out a replacement right away. So grateful for a company that makes beautiful inks and cares so well for its customers!

Ordered via kickstarter (1st time) and was super impressed with the communication updates. Arrived sooner than expected and the pen was an eye opener from the beginning. Packaging was designed superbly and the actual pen is so good to use. No doubt will be more to purchase.

The Ferris Wheel Press products are exceptional, and I've never had any issues with their use. And then I learned of their exceptional customer experience - I had redeemed some of my points from their rewards program for a pen, that was then no longer available when I tried to redeem the reward. I kept looking on the site from time to time to see if the pen was back in stock, but ended up never seeing it there. I requested a refund of my reward points, or just a confirmation that the pen would come back in stock. And there was no questions asked, just the simple process of having the points re-added to my rewards account. A great experience all the way around!

I discovered Ferris Wheel Press about a year ago but didn't order until a month ago. Service was prompt, and arrived quickly. I messed up my order for the Lord Of The Rings offer and Zaid responded within 2 hours and had it resolved in another 2. Thank you so much!
