From start to finish, easy going. We ordered a dining table, chairs, and a lamp. Delivery was well organised and even arrived two weeks earlier than planned. As we were away on holiday, we were in a bit of a pickle. But customer service handled it perfectly by storing our items and arranging delivery on our preferred date. Excellent service.

Bought a sofa in their Amsterdam store and staff was most helpful! Delivery was fast and now after we’ve been using the sofa for 3 months(with 2 little kids), I can honestly say I’m super happy with the quality! Stains come off easily and the couch is so comfy. Great quality for what we paid!

One day before delivery, I was informed it could not go ahead because their lift logistics partner is no longer working with them. Cancelling at the last minute is completely unacceptable. Instead of accommodating a simple workaround, I was told to wait another two weeks. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no real effort to solve the issue. Extremely disappointing experience.

Bought three pillows but unfortunately there are constantly feathers coming out of the filling, doesn’t look very nice. Would be better to have a different filling made of recycled materials for instance.

TLDR: FEST has gone bankrupt due to terrible quality and poor customer service, and is now run by a different company that runs an even shadier business.

I bought a set of three furniture pieces from them less than three years ago, all of which came with a three-year guarantee. Recently, the stitching on one piece fell apart, and the others are starting to tear as well. I submitted a warranty claim with all the required photos and details.
After a whole month of a masterclass in dishonesty and delay (including vague excuses about waiting for a "resolution" from their repair service) FEST had a change of heart. They refused to honor the warranty, claiming they had gone BANKRUPT(!) and were now under new ownership. As a result, their "options were limited."
Please be aware that their website still proudly advertises the same 3-year warranty, so their options are anything but limited. They just don't seem to mind running shady advertising, just like they don't seem to mind the fact that this review will deter many potential customers, costing them a lot more than honoring a warranty would.
In summary, save yourself the headache and thousands of euros you'd waste on worse-than-Ikea quality and take your business elsewhere.

We were not notified about a discount that was happening soon (we specifically asked if something was coming , we are talking about 4k couch - not peanuts). when we asked for explanation the standard reply was always “ there is nothing we can do” … standard reply (very annoying), let’s be honest, if you want there is always something you can do. The worst part is about the couch - when you sit down you can see the folds , and they are not going away. I will send you pictures if needed… 4K couch

First and last time I bought anything from FEST. They delivered us a wrong couch and damaged our neighbour's property with their delivery van, but refuse to provide any compensation (except "a free decorative pillow" which feels like a joke). In addition, their customer service has been extremely slow and unprofessional, sometimes not answering to us at all, and resolving this issue has already taken over a month. The whole experience has been a nightmare and I wouldn't recommend FEST to anyone.

I bought over the years multiple articles from FEST: dining chairs and table, a coffee table, a love seat and a lamp. I’m always super happy with the design (stunning) and the quality of the products, that stay perfect even after years of heavy use. I always have compliments from guests at my place on how comfy the dining chairs are! Had also the best experience both in store with the competent and kind staff and with the customer service online. The delivery time for some products is longer because it’s custom made, but it’s always communicated clearly and delivered within the promised time. Would definitely keep buying from FEST in the future!
