Disorganised, lost my accomodation

I booked a ticket with accommodation five months before the festival. Two weeks before the festival I received an email apologizing that my accommodation was overbooked and I had to look at other options, and that I would receive contact regarding a refund soon. They have since been ghosting me and not replying to emails nor through their contact form online.
Disorganised and untrustworthy.

Awful company

Awful company! Strongly not recommended!
Event has been cancelled. On July 22 I have received email:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, HARD Summer Croatia on 6 August 2022 will no longer be happening as scheduled.
Automatic refunds are being processed for all ticket holders.
Please note that the refund process can take up to three weeks and no further action is required. The funds will be sent to the payment method used at the time of purchase and you will receive an automated email from us when your refund has been processed.
3 months passed and I still have not received any automated email from them neither refund on my bank account even though I have send them several reminders to do so.

THEY'VE COLLAPSED

THEY'VE COLLAPSED. I got my ticket refund by initiating chargeback with my bank. IF you purchased on a credit card, your bank can refund and then pursue the company for the money.
I got the reimbursement. I don't know how the bank will get their money back from this mob.
My anger is directed at the concert organisers who would have known they were in trouble, and still used them, I suspect because they were undercutting other booking companies.
My concert organisers can go ---- themselves.

No refund

Bought five Neopop tickets in 2020, at a cost of over EUR500. Festival got cancelled, I was given the option to rebook for 2021 or a refund. Couldn't make the 2021 dates so asked for a refund. Over a year and many emails later there's not even a response, never mind a refund. No hotline number to call. Terrible.

Avoid avoid avoid!

Awful! Took on a payment plan for tickets. No payment taken in September, tried to contact them - no response! Clicked links to find out about refunds - all broken or gobbledegook. Cancelled card to see if that provoked a response - nothing! So these scam artists have £80 of my money and seems there’s nothing I can do. Thank goodness I didn’t pay more! Avoid avoid avoid!

Usual story: event canceled, refund request made and nothing. I sent emails, tried to call and they don't answer me. Bad service, I hope they close because from what I read I'm not the only one and I don't think I'll be the last.

Awful company - avoid

Awful company. Purchased tickets on a 'payment plan', which came with an extra fee for the plan element. They charged me the full amount in one go, including the fee for supposedly arranging the plan. Have ignored all communication. Worse than Viagogo for policy. Avoid.

Purchased tickets in the app, event canceled and I have received no refund. Now it has been acquired by another company Lyte and it sounds like Lyte will wash its hands out from this kind of requests. FRAUD

No refunds. No Customer Support.

Paid for a show that was cancelled in August. The organization of the show said that the re-sellers will refund the customer, however, after more than 10 attempts to contact Festicket, they simply didn't reply. Once they sent a form to apply for the refund, I filled and 2 months later, nothing.
Zero customer support, zero responsibility, a complete joke and highly illegal. I will move my case to court if they continue to keep the money on their side.

I NEED YOUR ATTENTION!!!

I purchased westfest 2022 tickets on a payment plan back in June/July of this year.
Both the first and second payment got taken as they should with no problems, the third payment in September however is still showing as scheduled and the funds are still in my account? I have had no email correspondence it is as if the payment was never attempted.
My last payment is due TODAY and in the last week my bank have changed my debit card, so I have tried to update this and get told I cannot currently make live payments?
I have used your contact form TWICE now with absolutely no acknowledgement or response from yourselves.

I need to get this resolved ASAP as the event is this month!!!!! Please tell me how I can either pay the balance and get my tickets, or get what I’ve paid so far back and buy them elsewhere!!!

I booked 3 tickets for July hard Summer Calvin harris in Split, Croatia. the organisers canceled the event and not responding despite my numerous mails... this is fraud and pathetic. NO refund !!! scam!

I bought a ticket to AMF 2022

I bought a ticket to AMF 2022 with booking protection, when i contacted booking protection after getting a medical certificate from my doctor that i could not go this is what booking protection told me.

"Hello Andreas,

Thank you for your Refund Application.

I’m sorry to inform you that Festicket, (the retailer you made your purchase with) is in administration and as a result of this, our contract to process refunds for their customers has been terminated.

When sending an email to the email they provided it would not send and said it didn't exist. I tried contacting festicket several times but i can't get though to them.
