Cancelled festival and no refund?

Terrible service. Event in Spain was cancelled and they won’t respond any queries. you will pay me back one way or another.

A month in and still waiting on a refund for a cancelled event - they promised a refund then went dark. Heard nothing despite numerous emails.

Terrible. Like many, I had bought tickets to Mad Cool Sunset which was cancelled by the event organisers. We've had no communication from Festickets since the end of August when the event was cancelled, and they do not respond to queries via their dedicated support platform. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company to try and recoup the monies

I bought a ticket to Andaluzia Big Fest by Mad Cool, for the day 8th of September 2022. There was a change of headliners to which I've asked a refund weeks before the event happened, and I have not received my money back for two tickets, which were even bought with booking Protect! They have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them.

This company has apparently gone into administration. An event I paid for was cancelled in July and I was offered a refund. Having still not received it, I made further enquiries and have found out that they're now administration so I'm unlikely to get my money back. And they are still advertising and selling tickets!!!

I bought a ticket to mad cool sunset festival, september 10th 2022. The whole festival was cancelled and I have not received a refund for my ticket €90 plus a booking fee of €7. They have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them. Disgraceful

They stole our money even though they said they would refund. Frauds and logical they are going to go bankrupt soon (they already filed for protection); worst company ever.

they refuse to refund me for rage against the machine cancelling. They keep closing my tickets with no communication. will never buy from them again

Ik heb op 5 juli 4 x First Release Ticket Saturday aangekocht via Festicket. Tot op heden heb ik nog geen enkel ticket ontvangen. Krijg ook geen reacties op mijn emails. Graag hoop ik dat ze spoedig contact met mij opnemen, aangezien het evenement al heel snel is. order -> #3401179

I purchased 4 x First Release Ticket Saturday through Festicket on 5 July. Till date, I have not received any ticket. Also get no response to my emails. Please hope they contact me soon as the event is very soon. order -> #3401179

Like others here, I'm owed a £150 refund that Booking Protect are refusing to honour based on Festicket going into administration. My disability prevented me from attending and I provided all the medical evidence to prove this and have received no response.

They have gone into administration! Bankrupt! I doubt if anyone will get a refund ! Thieves , scammers!

I'm still waiting the refund of andalucia big festival by mad cool because the headliner "rage against the machine" cancelled the tour so i applied to get my refund and still didn't get any refund yet i try to send email to their customer support still nothing.
It sounds like a scam to me. Maybe o lost my 125€ but I'm saying to people not booking tickets with them..

I have had issues with my payment plan. No response or acknowledgement for two months. There is no issue on my end, yet their system is not taking out the funds required. The festival has even changed companies but they sadly won't accept my half paid off ticket.

The festival is next weekend and i STILL have not heard back from them. Disgusting!!

Wow! did i pick the perfect time to buy from festicket. i also bought Booking Protect and they are not honoring my claim. apparenty Festicket didn't pay their bills. i assume they kept my insurance payment as well as the ticket premium i paid. If you tried to get a refund from Booking Protect and were rejected because Festicket is "in administration" i feel you. i assume they are bankrupt and kept the money i paid for insurance. Wow. i though i bought insurance from Booking Protect, but i guess not. Festicket keeps saying i need to file a claim with Booking Protect but they are refusing to process it because Festicket is a sham company. never never NEVER buy tickets except from the first seller. i guess its my own damn fault oh well $800 dollar lesson learned

Waiting for ticket refund from a cancelled event for almost a month no help or communication from support whatsoever.

I’m still waiting for my Mad Cool Sunset ticket refund. Opened a couple of requests on their Customer Portal, got no response..unacceptable.

the WORST customer service department, quite possibly, in the entire world.

Took me nearly 4 months of constantly chasing to get my refund back. Then they would just send a generic email back each time, making me start the entire process again. It's a shame that companies are still even allowing this ticket selling platform to sell their tickets.

I used their payment plan to see Bruce Springsteen at BST Hyde Park on 6 July 2023 the 2 deposits were taken out on 19 July and 1st payments on 19 August no payment taken out since
I am so upset at missing out on this concert
Anybody using this for the Bruce gig please let know
