Drinks voucher refund

I had tickets for 90s fest but unfortunately couldn't attend on the day, I had pre paid for drinks and emailed the day before asking fir a refund as I could no longer attend due to personal reasons. I have emailed numerous time and also tweeted them to try get some sort of response. I was willing to lose the money from the tickets as it was something out of my control but I'd like my drink voucher money back as I obviously didn't use any of it.

No tickets received

No tickets received yet for the All Points East on the 20th August 22. I tried to get in contact but there is no customer service. Can please someone help ASAP?

Edit: I've received a response saying the tickets are available on the All Points East 2022 app, not Festicket app. Although the booking confirmation via email is linked to the Festicket app, something they should clarify to their customers to avoid misunderstanding. Anyway, all sorted now thank you!

Cowboy Outfit

The gig I bought 4x tickets for was cancelled due to covid back in 2020. Instead of reissuing me the tickets for when the gig was rescheduled for. They refunded me and deducted almost £50 for amin fees. Then they asked me to repurchase again at full price. They were the ones that cancelled and not me. If that is not wholly illegal. I don't know what is?

Didn´t received my refund money

Hello, i contacted Festicket a month a go, to be able to get the refund on my Solnaro Festival ticket and it was given me 7-10 days to get my money back and it as already been 1 month and i haven´t got anything from the company. MONEY STOLEN

Had an event cancelled over 2 months ago - No phone number, no customer service, I still didn't get my money back (£120). I chased, submitted a form, contacted via Twitter, I just had my money stolen!!

Update for reply - you’ve not given me a single email address but the general link to the refund request which leads nowhere. I have applied for a refund 10 times and got nothing!
Booking number 1743666, what will your excuse not to pay me back be now???

Sonus Festival

I’ve booked a festival package inc accommodation for Sonus Festival, no info on app re accommodation and I go 20th, I need to change the name on one of the festival tickets and change the lead name on the accommodation, it’s not letting me active the ‘ticket’ for the accommodation it just says “oops something went wrong”, I’m trying to arrange transfers too and don’t even have a name or address for the apartments to sort, no number to call no response via email and I go on a week!!! Still no refund!

Absolutely dreadful company

Absolutely dreadful company. My ticket has no barcode and they have zero customer service. Asked a number of times on twitter by tweets and DM's only to be blocked from the page. Just search their name on twitter and see how many people they have let down. Get a ticket by any other means but this company.

Don’t make the mistake and book with this company :(

What a complete headache…it definitely did not get worse before it got better it got even WORSE. I purchased tickets through Festicket for the Kultureland 2022 Festival in Toronto. Before the actual event I found out a month prior due to work that I couldn’t attend me thinking I was smart paying the extra for insurance through “Booking Protection” NOPE they don’t do refunds. So the other alternative was to transfer the name over to a friend which it took me a bunch of emails with 1 response and me having to sign a document stating that the name can be changed. I didn’t even hear anything after that so I don’t even know if it actually worked. My friend was on the way to the festival start time 4pm and they sent out a message through instagram to not show up at that venue then an hour or so later told everyone to move over to another venue 30 minutes away. Honestly such a nightmare. You can’t even get a hold of anyone I somehow found an email after digging around in the “FAQ” I just hope they hold themselves accountable for the nightmare they put everyone through I don’t even know if I’ll get a refund back for the Sunday. Lesson learned

Did not receive my cashless refund a month after

Still waiting for the cashless wristband refund. It has passed a month I did not receive anything.
Got a response from their customer service that the money will be in my bank account in 5-10 business days. 15 days past I contacted them 2nd time and got exact same response. Month after and nothing...

Poor effort to compensate

Since this company robbed me of £525 and being able to see Pearl Jam, I have since been offered £100 to use on their website…alongside still being blamed for their mistake.

If I use this voucher, I then have to spend more money to make up the price of the ticket AND to pay for another person. In what universe is that acceptable?!

I don’t want to go to a random festival, I never want to use Festicket ever again…I want my money back into my bank account!!! It’s a joke!!

Still waiting for the refund…

Still waiting for the cashless wristband refund, its 250€ which is not a small amount of money, which is why I am writing this review.
Got a response from their customer service that the money will be in my bank account in 5-10 business days. It has been over 10 business days since, and still nothing. As I am reading the other reviews I see this is what this company does. Cheats it’s customers and sends automated messages giving people hope for no reason. Hope they will get sued.

Avoid at all costs!!

My tickets for my festival never arrived at my house or on my festicket app. I am in the process of trying to get a refund through refund protection (that I paid extra for) due to unforseen illness and I have sent requests via their email to get a refund and ask where the hell my tickets ended up, but each time I email I get an automated message. In the past I spoke to Vicky Jackaman who told me my tickets will come to my app and that my address was changed for my tickets to come through the post but they never arrived on either.
Its over a week later I am still waiting for a response as to where my tickets are and my refund cannot be given to me without the original tickets. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service from Festicket especially Vicky and how she spoke to me. I will NEVER book with this company again. They are impossible to get a hold of unless it's to take a payment, and then when you need help they don't reply you.

Appalling customer service

order #3113061 I have sent 3 requests via their website to get a refund, each time I get an automated response that they have my request and it will be dealt with. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a response and my refund. I paid extra for booking protect. I am appalled at the customer service from Festi tickets and i will never book and recommend anyone go with these people. They are impossible to get a hold of and they don't reply to their request for help forms.
