Festival was good and yet when you want a refund from your band , it doesn’t arrive . 15 days it states and now 4 weeks later no money returned from my band .€78 euros may not seem worth complaining about but refunds should be given as you can only prepay to use in the festival

Terrible costumer service and not serious company

Festicket sent me an e-mail confirming the refund of my tickets, Stating that I would be refunded within 10 days. 2 months have now passed and I didn't get any refund nor any reply to my emails. I wont be using this site again and I advise you not to use it either. Terriblr costumer service!

Been trying to get hold of festicket…

Been trying to get hold of festicket regarding my ticket for over a month, they’ve ignored countless emails, aswell as messages on twitter. My ticket is now ‘on hold’ for no apparent reason and without any communication.

Hotel . What Hotel - No HELP

Rock in RIO - don’t bother
After arriving at The Holiday Inn Express at Lisbon Airport we were advised by Reception that there was no booking for us. I showed them our receipts and booking references and asked if we were at the right hotel, to which he replied yes but that Festicket had not booked our rooms and that this same situation had also arisen for festival goers the previous week.

We asked if they had any rooms available but they were fully booked. This obviously left the four of us in a very precarious position.

We found an apartment online and headed back into Lisbon centre only to find it was a scam as the address was a shoe shop and the bank had withheld our payment as it was going via Lagos in Africa.

This then became a very distressing situation as we were now standing in the streets of central Lisbon with our suitcases and nowhere to stay. My husband walked to various nearby hotels but there was no availability in any of them, due to the festival and also a conference that was taking place in Lisbon.

I asked the person who owned the apartment we had left that morning if he had any availability, but his were also fully booked.

We were all then frantically looking online and eventually managed to find somewhere, but it came at a huge cost of almost £1000 euros for the two nights, which my friend had to put on her credit card, something I still have to find the money for to pay her back.

We then had to get another taxi to our latest hotel and with the demand for taxis in the centre of Lisbon, this took time.

In addition to all this, we consequently arrived late to the festival on the Saturday. We were also exhausted from all the earlier troubles, so the festival was then not the experience we had hoped for.

In light of the above, I am sure you will now appreciate that your ‘apologies for the inconvenience’ and refund of the cost of The Holiday Inn Express doesn’t go anywhere near reflecting the seriousness of the situation we found ourselves in and the costs we had to incur.

We have given Festicket the opportunity to rectify their error. As such we have heard nothing what so ever .

This is my second review

This is my second review. As you replied to my last one saying someone had emailed me about my last review and to contact the email for any further information. I never received any email? So still waiting for a name change on one of the tickets. My ref number is 3498415 please can someone contact me to sort this out

After an initial email asking for more information. Which I replied to. I still haven’t had a response. I sent the name that needs amending along with the new name to put on the ticket. And the booking number. Please can someone help with this request! Surely it’s not that difficult! The event is for over 16s only and I bought the ticket in error for my son who’s under 16. We were going as a family of 5. I have been trying for months to get this sorted.

I had a technical issue that charged me for more tickets then I ordered and they were very understanding and were able to respond and refund what was needed in due time. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

**For anyone thinking of using this company. Ensure you purchase via credit card that way if anything goes wrong you can chargeback or at least threaten them with a charge back to get what you paid for. **

Used this joke of a company for Tomorrowland 2022 and other events in the past. All experiences have been bad especially when dealing with cashless festival wristbands from their other pathetic outlet ‘event genius’ but this takes the cake.

Paid £3500 for 3x tickets. Tickets should’ve been at least half that if bought directly from Tomorrowland on release so they’ve gouged the price but business is business however For that over inflated price I expect at least a minimum standard of service.

Issue 1 - This company does not have a phone number. If you want to contact someone asap you can’t. They have a live chat that is sometimes running but from my experience it’s patchy at best and with most events on in the afternoon evening the live chat finishes at 2pm uk time. It is simply an unacceptable level of service they make it as evasive as possible to try and speak to a human in order to max out profit margins

Issue 2 - For some reason it wasn’t possible for fest ticket to send wristbands via post. So a pickup point was given at Brussels. Once there. it was not clear who worked for festicket. Upon going to use the toilet I walked past a random guy with a cardboard box giving out wristbands. Turns out this was the fest ticket rep. Very unprofessional. For 3k is it that much to pay someone to wear a hi vis and hold a sign to gather people up coming off a train?

Issue 3 - We were promised transfers to and from the festival in the ticket price and had to fill a form out to tell them when we will be arriving so the times can be planned around it. All seems pretty normal? Well upon getting to the station arriving on the only eurostar from the uk and due to the time taken to find the rep we found that the bus had already left a long while prior and there would be at least a 2 hour wait for the next one. The bus back from the event was a single service at 9am and the details of this were sent while the event actually took place. Naturally my battery ran flat so was none the wiser. I think even if we had gone straight to the rep and picked them out from the crowd we wouldn’t have made the bus. So not sure what was going on when the wrote the schedule did they not look at arrivals from London?

Issue 4 - once at the festival we found that festicket had failed to deliver the camping equipment voucher. In the app it clearly said it should’ve arrived by the 15th July. And the current date was 21st. I had to contact festicket asap. It was 3pm uk time so no live chat and no number to call. I submitted a support request demanding the tickets bet sent or I’ll escalate a chargeback on my credit card if not actioned within 30 minutes. Lo and behold the tickets were sent within 15mins so fair play. it’s just a shame that I have to threaten a multimillion pound company to provide a basic service after paying thousands of pounds.

Will go elsewhere next year. I wanted to go elsewhere to begin with but had no choice but to go with these guys knowing the whole experience would be rubbish.

Rated 1 star as being evasive with customer support and with holding tickets is not acceptable

I have filed 2 requests for changing…

I have filed 2 requests for changing the date of my ticket and even 10 days later still no response other than the auto reply.

I even submitted a new request, however still waiting…

It is 14 tickets for a group of friends and a significant amount of money.

Will never trust this company again, worst CS I had in my life

Festicket refunded me, being well aware from the start that my debit card had been canceled (it was a virtual card).
The money never got my bank account, and that's when the problems started.
From there, I've open multiple tickets, and always had the same "We'll get back at you in 48 hours" which never happened.
If you are here and want to buy a ticket from them, just don't do it.

Edit: Don't trust their response. They haven't contacted me neither solve the issue.
I didn't expect to be robbed, but I sure didn't expected to be lied in the face in public.

Publicly saying they've emailed about my refund. They haven't

Having ignored all communication other than these reviews about the money they owe me, Festicket are publicly claiming to have emailed me in response to my problem. I have checked every inbox of every personal email address I have, including spam, and have received no such email. I even replied to their support adress notifying them of the lack of supposed email, and got no reply.

In desperation I have even opened another support ticket referencing the first in the hope of getting a reply. Unsurprisingly I have received nothing.

I just want my money back. Blocking me from getting it to this degree is frankly outrageous.

“Brought” two Springsteen tickets

“Brought” two Springsteen tickets, however the email auto fill I inputted was my old email address (orangehome), which stopped working in 2017 (so the tickets would have bounced straight back to Festicket).
Filled out all the forms (which say “no problem if you put a wrong email address down you can just change it” nothing in 9 days,diabolical “service”
Received a email 2 hours ago, saying that they have emailed me and the PROBLEM has been sorted.
No email received and still have this BIG PROBLEM. Our these people just extremely incompetent or what?

Horrible and not trustworthy at all.

Horrible and not trustworthy at all.
I still haven't received my money refund from my cashless band 4 weeks later and they don't reply to my emails anymore.
First time i send an email they said it's a delay and will take 10 working days instead of 5, well now it's been 20 working days and still no money nor an answer.
