Barney always has a fantastic time and loves his daycare or boarding days. All the staff really seem to care and we know Barney is in safe hands.

We’ve use F+R for doggy daycare for our young Shiba, and have been with them for about a year and a half now. He absolutely loves his daycare days - is super excited when the van pulls up, and comes home exhausted and happy.
We have also used F+R for their board and train programmes, and also boarding while we’re on holiday. All the trainers we’ve met have been amazing - dog lovers who seem to love our boy and take good care of him. The training with both John and Jodie has also made a material difference in his behaviour when we were really struggling with intense pulling on walks and trouble settling. We would be lost without F+R!

We are fully satisfied with their service from picking up , daycare & dropping him off back . Their staff is trained & caring . I would definitely recommend that place who are looking daycare & boarding for their dogs 🐶

Fetch & Retrieve is the best daycare my dog, Eliza, has ever been to. The team are great with her, and she is so excited to be collected each morning. The communication from the team is great, and they’re super accommodating with changes and boarding.

I would recommend Fetch & Retrieve to anyone! Their caring and professional staff looked after our dog when he was just a shy pup and helped him build confidence and socialize. They have been 100% reliable and so accommodating to our dogs needs.

We love using the fetch and retrieve service and our dog is always excited to get into the van when they come to pick him up, which is a good sign. All the staff are really friendly and obviously love dogs, we never feel concerned letting him go. The time slots for picking up and dropping off are really helpful and sent well in advance so we can plan our day and the app they use when they are on approach is also really helpful so we can be ready and waiting. We have had a bit of confusion with the app arrival times but these were easily and quickly resolved so only a minor issue. We get a couple of videos throughout the day which is reassuring and great to see our dog happily running around with the other dogs. On wet days he never comes home muddy as they try to clean them up as best they can and he is always happy and tired on his return.
We were worried about him going so far out in a van but he seems to love it and there are plenty of other dogs his size to interact with him.
The service has been great from our initial enquiry right through to each week when he gets picked up, we have never had an issue getting in touch with the customer service team.

The service Fetch & Retrieve is amazing!
The time taking by Jack & Jake to understand our needs really gave us the comfort that we were making the right decision for Lola. During the training we got a video every day of progress. The daycare service is equally amazing, prompt door to door service, fantastic communication and again videos to show how Lola was being taken care of due the day.
We cannot recommend Jack and his whole team enough!!

Our dog Tobi has been going to F&R on weekly basis and occasionally boarding since he was 6 months old. He always has such a good time at the daycare and usually waits at the balcony for his pickup:) We get regular photo or video updates of his day, and on rainy days the team even give him a bath to avoid bringing mud in the flat. They are really the best, I can't recommend them enough!

Regarding the F&R team: My first call was with Jack, it was at the end of their business hour but he still took the time to give me a very thorough and detailed introduction of how their daycare works. And that pretty much sums up the work ethic and communication style of the whole team: friendly, caring, flexible, patient, responsive and considerate. Every staff we have encountered always show such warm and love to the dogs they take care of, which put us at ease that our dog will be in the best hands of every trip he takes to the daycare.

We love Fetch and Retrieve. All the staff are amazing with our German Shepherd, she is well looked after and each staff member and the owners really care about the dogs and listen to any concerns. The service is great, with a pick from home and drop off which is unusual for us to find this service as we live in central London, clear pick up and drop off time slots are given.

Our dog Toby has been part of the Fetch & Retrieve family for almost two years and we can say it’s been the best dog care ever! Everyone is so helpful and take care so much of Toby that in a couple of times we panicked 😬when we had to move house.

We have now used Fetch & Retrieve for more than a year and we love them or I should maybe say the dogs love them.

Best doggy daycare and boarding facility in London!

I can’t not recommend highly enough Fetch&Retrieve.
My young whippet who is normally a bit anxious is always super excited to go! You can be sure they will take an amazing care of your dog and will send you plenty of videos of him playing all day. The pick up and drop off is just amazing, they have all your instructions if you’re not here and always make sure that your baby is comfy at home when they leave!

Their boarding service is also amazing. Ragnar has always the best time and feels like home whenever it’s for 2 days or 15 days.
My baby boy is epileptic, takes pills 4 times a day and they take it really seriously, giving him all the attention he needs regarding his conditions. He hurt himself this summer, they took him to the vet immediately and if he has diarrhea, they cook rice and chicken and keeps me updated multiple times a day!

It is the premium dog service in London!

Our 3 year old doberman absolutely loves the time he spends at Fetch & Retrieve and can’t wait to get in the van in the mornings. He comes home from daycare happy and, most importantly, exhausted!
The staff are caring, friendly and super reliable. They send us regular updates throughout the day and also give us our pick up and drop-off times before the week begins.
Importantly for us, F&R have also made a real effort to pair our dog with other suitable playmates (as he’s not everyone’s cup of tea!) which means he is also well socialised.
I recommend F&R to all of my friends with dogs (and if our dog could speak, I know he would too!)

Fetch and Retrieve are honestly fantastic! We were nervous sending our puppy to daycare for the first time (as anyone would be) especially as he was really shy and nervous. Before his first day of daycare Matt kindly made the effort to come round to our home to meet him so he could be a friendly face. They also suggested he ride up front in the van for the first few trips so he could get used to the travelling, which made the world of difference.

F&R daycare has helped his confidence SO much! We get videos and updates every time he goes and he is always having a good time and wagging his tail :) He also now gets excited when they come and pick him up in the morning which is an excellent sign.

The whole team is lovely and warm, so much so that when we go on holiday we make sure to get him booked in for in home boarding. They always take such amazing care of him, and give him as much love as possible!

I wouldn’t even consider using any other daycare. If you can get a spot at F&R you have hit the jackpot!

I love F&R - best service all around

Fetch and Retrive are really flexible, and nicest doggy day care. Such a refreshing change from all the fussy inflexible and expensive alternatives in London

Our dog Biscuit LOVES Fetch and Retrieve. She has the best time and I know she’s being well taken care of while she’s there.
They’re super reliable and incredibly friendly— we’re lucky we found them and we recommend them to all of our friends.
