Awful. Puppy left in van for 7 hours!
We had a horrendous experience with Fetch and Retrieve. Our 5-month old puppy was in their care for a trial day for socialisation and play, but he spent 7 hours in the van! 3 hours traveling there and 4 hours back. I was told he’d go to the Surrey location (much closer) but he was taken to Rainham. I know this because of a GPS tracker he wears in case he ever gets lost. I was shocked because all the reviews I’d read were positive. The reason they gave me was the Surrey location wasn’t open, plus a driver called in sick so they had more dogs to pickup/drop off. They should have just rescheduled the trial. They obviously want to take in as many dogs as they can and don’t care for their welfare. A puppy shut in a cage in a windowless van for 7-hours is negligent. Absolutely appalling and I wouldn’t recommend. Find a daycare who actually care for dogs and their welfare.
Really sorry
I am so sorry that my review was posted to you, I have notified trust pilot.
Again I am very sorry

Domino absolutely loves her time at daycare and clearly has a great time. Fetch & Retrieve share videos every day she is there so we can see the fun she is having with the other dogs, and you can see how much she enjoys the people who are there with her too, which is really important to me. Also, they use Waze for pick up and drop off so you always know when they are going to arrive, which is great! I can’t say enough about how lovely Fetch & Retrieve is.

Callie, my 2.5yr collie-cross has been with Fetch & Retrieve for just over a week now. Really lovey staff who all seem very responsible (as well as good with my dog). We are happy to have found them…
