They denied my claim for my dog's…
They denied my claim for my dog's annual exam and heartworm prevention because I took her in four days before the new policy year kicked in. They refused to override the denial over the four days so I canceled the policy. I had been paying them $78 a month for the year. Fetch essentially stole money from me for a whole year and then refused to pony up the $110 they should have reimbursed me. What a waste of money. I am absolutely disgusted with them. They don't care about my dog. They are just like any other insurance company who do whatever they can to deny claims.
Karley was such an amazing help
Karley was such an amazing help! She answered all of my questions, was a wonderful listener as I bragged about my adorable pup, and quickly got me squared away with a plan that fits our lifestyle and with more offers than what I found online.
I like the app
I like the app, but why do we need picture of the product if we take picture of the receipt.
Isn’t the receipt enough proof?
I’ve been using the Fetch app for three…
I’ve been using the Fetch app for three months. And in those three months - they have removed over 20,000 points. I’ve requested a review on both of those times and been told that nothing will be changed. All of the purchase I have made are connected to my personal card as well as my email. Yet they keep stating that I am not following the terms of agreement stating that I am scanning receipts that are not mine. Which I am not. I am scanning my personal receipts as well as the purchases. I’ve made that go directly to my email. Twice I’ve asked for a review and both times they’ve stated nope nothing‘s going to be changed. I have never once turned in any for a reward. I’m a bargain shopper and I try my best to save money. I look on their app to find what items I can buy to earn points and every time I do so to earn points they end up saying I’m doing something wrong and then they take my points back. I will no longer be using this app. I see the reviews that several people have the same issues with them so it seems to be a consistent issue where they don’t like giving you the points that you’ve earned, and then they deduct the points from you. That is just their way of not having to own up to part of the agreement. I even offered to take pictures of me purchasing my items, but that didn’t happen either. They just don’t care. They just deduct points because they don’t want to pay out. Several reviews stating the same issues very dissatisfied person here.
I have now asked a few weeks later and had to submit to request my account be cancelled. They have my personal information. They declined my request stating due to legal liabilities and misuse of the terms of agreement which is not true. So they won’t even delete my account. You can delete the app but they still have your information. Wow!!!!
Takes too long
It takes a very long time for me to earn any kind of points because I buy things where I can cook meals from scratch. Apparently, if you eat healthy, you don’t get rewarded.
The issues I have with Fetch is they…Dishonest company
The issues I have with Fetch is they takes points away from you without stating why nor do they notify you regarding deducting points that were earned by purchasing products. Another issue I have with them is the system denying my receipts saying they are over 14 days old when they’re not. How is a receipt dated January 22, 2026 is over 14 days old when I scanned and submit it for points on January 26, 2026? Do the math and Please explain that calculation! This company clearly reveals they are not honest and their system is broke. The company makes no efforts to rectify their errors. Company sounds like a scam is going on.
FETCH Has turned into the biggest scam
FETCH Has gotten WORSE. Its turned into an even bigger scam.
Ive said this before that after they were sold, customer service fluctuated between non existent and useless but the main problem is they absolutely, without a doubt, 100% will refuse to apply points that otherwise should be given. Especially when it comes to higher points.
Submitting a ticket will get you an auto reply that not only is completely unhelpful, but requires you to respond in order to get someone who wont give you a scripted answer that goes around in a circle.
Even then, they will give you every reason not to apply points. It doesn't matter if you show undeniable proof because when you do, they will just resort to their last option which is assigning blame to the account holder for whatever made up reason they can think of that violated their TOS, even when said violation never happened. They just say it did and viola, there's nothing you can do.
Meanwhile, they have access to your emails and picture albums that prove you made the purchases......
This is how they win. They need to bring in as much money as they can and minimize their spending. They do this by getting paid by business when their receipt is scanned and then not honoring their point system so they can minimize pay outs. They dont want you to cash in your points, you see?
They want to keep you from building points but at the same time they need you to keep scanning your receipts so they get paid. See how that works?
Then, if anyone writes a negative review or about a negative experience they will come on here SO FAST under theu guise of actually caring but then turn around and accuse the author of being some kind of liar or scammer. Thats their MO when really its them who is scamming. Or, they just give some weird answer that doesnt even address the issue altogether.
They also changed their format to where now you have to click on "claim points" after you scan your receipt if you want your points so if you aren't paying attention, you think your points applied when really they havent unless you now take that extra step.
Amazon, Gmail, Walmart and other linked stores magically unlink without notifying you so you think your E-receipts are scanning, but they arent so you have to manually go in and reconnect them just to make sure they are still linked. Otherwise, youre missing thousands of points.
And you have to check every receipt yourself to make sure that you get all your points because 9 times out of 10 the scanner wont catch points that should be applied.
These people will bicker for a week with you over 25 points so imagine how hard it is to get 500 + if thats what your owed!!
Save your weak reply, FETCH. EVERYONE HAS YOUR NUMBER. EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR GAME.
Fetch is a SCAM!!!!! Beware!
I signed up for an offer from Fetch to sign up for a MyPurina account, and create a profile, which I did. Upon opening the Fetch app a few days later, a message popped up…”your 5000 points are in!!” But they never registered in my account balance. After several days back and forth with their customer service, and feeling like I was speaking to someone who couldn’t grasp the basic concept…I came to the conclusion that, it’s a total scam. I’m closing my account, as well as all accounts I created as a result of them, and following that with some consumer complaints. Starting here. I doubt they will do anything about it, but people should be warned regardless. Our data isn’t free.
takes forever.
bro every time I try to get a new app to play it still says
verify installation EVEN THOUGH I have it already and i waited 2 hours and still nothing.
Do not use this app!
I have used this app for quite sometime but after today, I'm done. It's asy enough to use. But, at least once a week they denied extra points despite buying the exact amount of product they described. Customer service is a joke. I do not recommend this app!

I had a little over 17,000 points I cashed out 13,000 for a $10 Visa card and it was declined saying that I had used receipts that were scanned off the Internet and other places..
You have to babysit this app
You have to babysit this app. I’m constantly having to correct receipt and take pictures of the product bar codes in order to get the points, sometimes two, three or four times. It’s maddening. I have the receipt why do I need to take photos of the bar codes?? Also it continually fails at connecting with my chewy app. Not sure why. Also it take three days to get your reward. Why? I’ve been using this app for years and only recently started having these issues. Someone needs to correct the glitches.
Fetch is good
Fetch is good. I got 3 Amazon gift cards, but in the last 10 days they removed 6800 points from my account without a specific reason.
I checked my points and I found 10 receipts rejected, it means 250 points, NOT 6800 !
The customer service came with excuses but at the end they were unable to explain WHY they removed 6800 points!
I also submitted subscriptions (no need purchase) and I am still waiting my rewards.
Well, when the customer service has not an answer, simply they don’t back to you.
I am asking if they know that all this rewards system is ON because we are submitting receipts!
THEY TOOK ALL OF MY POINTS AWAY!!
I gave it TWO stars because it was pretty good when I first started using it a few years ago. But like most they had to get GREEDY!
***WARNING*** If you have points stored up MAKE SURE that you either cash it out or make sure that you keep adding to it. Because if you let a couple of weeks go by without adding receipts THEY WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR POINTS AWAY!!! As I said, I HAD been using Fetch for several YEARS. But when I got really sick...making sure to add receipts was not a priority. SO THEY STOLE OVER 15,000 POINTS! THAT IS JUST FOUL!!
I HAVE DELETED RIGHT OUT OF MY PHONE!
P.S. They are asking for a date that it happened. I DONT KNOW AND I DONT CARE! So the date entered is ficticious
Fetch pet insurance
⭐ Zero Stars (if that were an option)
I have paid for Fetch Insurance for a year and a half for both of my dogs, and my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
Every time I submitted paperwork or receipts for reimbursement, my claims were denied with repeated requests for “additional information.” No matter what I provided, it was never sufficient. After months of this, it became clear that the process is designed to delay or avoid paying claims.
Over the holidays, I called and left multiple messages to cancel my policy and never received a callback. When I called again today to cancel, I was told they cannot cancel my policy until February 4 — even though it is only January 8, just four days after my billing cycle. I explicitly requested immediate cancellation, and they refused.

I submitted a receipt on a timely fashion for a promotion and Fetch refused to award the points I generated. Even with the pictures and information I submitted they still denied and did not fulfill their end of the bargain. Everybody that supposedly read the ticket I created keeps texting the same information. If they really read what I had written and looked at the pictures I sent.. They would have awarded me the 3,600 for the offer. If you ask me that’s bad business.
Starts off good then they stop paying!
Started off great just like the rest and then you start getting a lot of points they find any reason to not credit your account. I’ve signed up a few different sites just for them to say I don’t get the credits! Over half the games I downloaded they said I couldn’t do them. The thing is once you download a game and don’t get credit you can’t play on any other site because fetch got the credits for it so you will never get credit any other site. It’s ridiculous not worth it

Redeemed points for a $10 gift card. The gift card sent had a zero balance. No explanation from customer service. They told me to contact the store. Fraud.
Fetch is a terrible scammer
Fetch is a terrible scammer . I ordered a gift card and when I checked my point they took an extra 16,000 points . They said my receipts weren’t valid . The games u play some of them don’t give u the points even though they were downloaded through fetch .
