I love using fetch cuz I like to shop then I snapped the receipts gather up some points and shop some more with the gift cards with fetch you can't go wrong!

Terrible customer service. They approve points then when going to cash them in for the reward, somehow, over 1,000 of my points are no longer valid. They won’t provide answers as to what transactions are no longer approved or why. I do not trust this app any more

They took them for a sweepsteaks that said to claim points here. It was my first time using it since it was that easy to do I see they just was money like a charge at the atm for no reason.

Im supposed to get 7500 point for purchasing at cvs.
Twice! I did not get my points. Contacted them. Was told that I will get reply in 24 hours. None. No resolution at all. Cheaters!!!

I have not been able to use the app, it doesn't update when I try. I am losing points and my rewards are still only account. I need to get help from your support team. I already emailed them more than once and no one answers.

All of their shortcomings are your problem. I have Comcast and they “don’t support that domain”. Comcast. Now all of the online purchases I make don’t qualify for rewards because I don’t have a yahoo account. I think they are now incentivized to decline valid offers. They lure you in then deny the reward. Every technical glitch they have is going to cost you rewards. Fetch has gotten very deceptive.

Yes they do cover what they say in your policy but beware! God forbid you make a claim. We had both our dogs covered by these crooks for years until we had to make a claim and then the policy monthly payment jumped by over 50% for the one dog and was ridiculous for the other dog after a claim. Every year the claim would go up, but after a claim it was crazy. Our one dog started at $43 per month, then the next year went to $56, then to $74, then to $105, all with zero claims. Once we had a claim the next policy was going to be $163!!! Stay away!!!!

Fetch has refused to give me my bonus points on several different items. I tried to edit the receipt by scanning the bar code of the bonus items. They denied my correction because I snapped a picture of the receipt on my tablet. I shop mostly online or delivery because I am handicapped. I don't get paper receipts. They say I have to submit them as e-receipts but they won't accept my email address since I do not have a Gmail account or use Outlook. So there is no way to submit them as an e-receipt. No way to contact by phone and their AI assist is useless.

Redeemed points for $50.00 Visa it was registered in someone else’s name. Over two weeks now back and forth with The third party that issue the Visa rewards from Fetch . Visa says now 60-90 days to get my money back Filed a Fraud Registration case with Visa . Will never get another Visa card from Fetch/Tango .

I have used fetch for years now and was very happy. Recently I turned in 31,000. Point for a 25.00 cash card and have not received. I am really disappointed!!!

Recently started working for the company and got the activated into to me not wanting to take a drop that had four different locations 45 minutes apart and Atlanta My time window was three to six and possible tires there's also favoritism in the company and if you have a drop scheduled and they can take it away from you and give to someone else very unprofessional they allow you to cancel drops as long as it's 6 hours ahead the two drops that I did cancel were days ahead of the 6 hours I was given meanwhile I'll be 10 minutes away from picking up my drop and get a message saying that it was canceled

I redeem points for a $50.00 Visa card , got email with picture of Visa card and redeem code. You have to go to another website too register there and enter the code. I did all that and it showed no card . Email Fetch and they said to call MyPrepaidCenter Center, I did all that. Very nice customer service, find out that the code Fetch sent with the Visa card is not in my name but someone else’s. And they saying that once it is sent to MyPrepaidCenter there is nothing they can do . So been careful when trying to redeem points , they will cheat you and not make it right when they make a mistake.

They wouldn’t honor a purchase I made from Chewy (an online retailer) for a 500 bonus reward even after explaining that e-receipts didn’t recognize the receipt.

I’m so disappointed and have decided not to waste my time with them anymore.

It seemed unreasonable for them to deny it since Chewy is ONLY an online retailer.

Man a family member told me about this app and how I can earn gift cards. At the time they were giving out $25 gift cards once you reach 5000 points. Now when you reach 5000 points you get a three dollar online only use gift card, so basically I wasted my time, all these months scanning receipts trying to get 5000 points for a three dollar gift card. What a waste. Needless to say, I’m deleting the app because now to get anything close to $25 you have to have 12,000 points. I’m not going through that.😡

Twice now I’ve had over 55,000 points to get a $50 gift card & both times they took over 15,000 points away from my total saying that the receipts were not valid. They wouldn’t tell me why or anything further but it’s ridiculous that it takes that long to get that far & then when u try to redeem they take it away

It's false advertisement, they do not give you the points and they don't even give you a legit reason of why. Also, they don't have a live customer service we can talk to to resolve the issue. We worked hard to get to levels and they don't give the points it's a scam. It happen 2 times already.

Fetch refused to pay me for completing the final level of a game. My payout would have been almost $9.00, but they refused to pay me. I wrote to them and they responded that they couldn't pay me for some reason they couldn't figure out. We wrote back and forth several times and they still refused me payment. They have paid me consistently in the past, but after putting hours and hours into the final level of the game, they just refused to pay me and gave me a big SORRY, then sent me on my way. They had the nerve to recommend that I play another of their games. Absolutely unacceptable. They should honor their payment policy 100% of the time with no sad excuses. Outrageous!

This is an awesome app to make a little extra by scanning receipts and playing games. They give points for a lot of different products and just playing games. I started using this app in October 2024 and I just redeemed my points for $55 in gift card AND received points for my receipts using the gift cards. LOVE THIS APP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Would not honor points earned on a boost purchase. Provided screenshots, emails, scanned receipts. Continually told me I didn’t qualify, I didn’t do it right, my phone didn’t support the app… lies

Watch Your points
Typically when one reaches 25000 points then we are entitled to a gift card of our choice which Fetch provides. Well I was 10 points from hitting that gift card mark takes OFF 2000 points. Moroll of my story take a picture prior to, is it done on purpose? Or take your business else where.
