Great experience arrived in good time. Quality product only problem was the wedge gag should be made with a softer leather wedge. The wedge is extremely hard. But it is a nice feature to have the front buckle. Would definitely purchase from Fetters in the future.

Product which I ordered and fully paid was confirmed for delivery and next day it happened to be out stock. I ordered a substitute but had to pay extra for it. At the same time, the communication, payment and status check was very easy - so still fetters is on my favorite shops list.

Before the hacking of Fetters UK website, all product prices were shown also in Euros if the customer chose so or even automatically after the web customer's location. After that point when this website was recreated the product prices are shown in English pounds only.

The Euro currency is so remarkable nowadays and there are so many customers in the Euro currency area that this thing is something that could be very good to fix I think.

However, if I review this time I made a purchase via the Internet, everything went very fine, the dispatching of my order was very prompt and it's very fine to get information via email what is situation of the order.

So- in fact I would like to give 4.5 stars in this rating if possible!

As the website indicated that orders placed before midday are normally shipped the same day when items are in stock, I was quite disappointed that my order placed on a Wednesday evening had not shipped by Friday afternoon, given the items were showing as in stock on the website.

On using the web chat, I was told the order was on hold because it was a custom order, but it wasn't. Somehow the website had ordered "green" instead of the "grey" I asked for!

I was quite disappointed by this, and not a good first order experience!

I had also registered to get 10% off my first order but this doesn't seem to have been applied, I never saw any place to enter the code I was given, and now they've offered money off my next order for the error with this order, but it's unlikely I'll order again after this experience.

As for the quality of the goods, they're OK but not what I would call premium, certainly I don't think they're worth the amount I paid for them!

A great selection of high quality products at reasonable prices. Fast but expensive delivery. Good communication.
