As other reviewers have alluded to - appalling customer service.

Placed a £600 order 4 days ago and paid a premium for express shipping. Still no indication given as to when any of the items will ship, and Fetters is ignoring my email enquiries.

Tried calling them and just keep on getting a voicemail box.

At this point I’m just going to call my credit card issuer and reverse the transaction.

What an absolute joke of a business.

The item I ordered was faulty (buckle riveted on the wrong way around). I contacted them & was asked to send it back for repair. It came back in a few weeks repaired & was great quality - just what I ordered.

So the problems was sorted, BUT the communication about it was all a bit graceless and grumpy - no genuine apology for the inconvenience, nothing to indicate that they would 'go the extra mile' to make up for it. It's called 'Customer Service', guys!

Easy order, fast delivery and the product is just wonderful.

I placed an order with fetters what they said about the item being ready on time, was correct and the quality of workmanship was out of this world I can really recommend this company to anyone, for there great people that do all this work. I would like to thank all the people involved.

Despite sending picture of required item, the wrong item was sent

The product color was exactly as shown in the website. Ordering from the US, you have to wait, but it worth every cent! Thank you Fetters!

My order was manufactured and shipped in under the estimate given at time of purchase. Website updates were a little slow as my order was delivered before status had changed from my "in production "

Ordering was really easy, I was kept up to date with my order and they let me know when it was dispatched. Parcel arrived super quick, overall tip top!!!
