Excellent service from start to finish with dedicated person to create your experience and offer suggestions. We have used this company for many years and have always rated the service we have had. We will be planning our next adventure with them again soon...

Wow! What can I say about our experience - from Paula our wonderful rep at FHT to the amazing itinerary planned for us, our trip was amazing from start to finish. Paula worked so hard to support our tight budget and ensure that the students still got the best deal. Our Tokyo tour guide, Miss Miki was amazing and our students came away from the trip of. A lifetime with some fantastic memories. Thank you all for what you’ve done for us

FHT organised a great trip for my sixth-form group, and put up with a lot of last-minute requests, changes of plans, etc., from me in a patient and helpful manner. I'd recommend both the firm in general and Paula in particular

Becky's communication is always superb and ensured the trip went as smoothly as possible. Both her and the coach driver we're really accommodating and thorough, ensuring that we had a great trip to London.

Incorrect train tickets were booked from outbound train station. However the staff worked to rebook the correct train tickets. Upon arrival at the hotel at 3pm the rooms were not ready for the student and we did not get keys to the rooms until 3:40pm but we had a food reservation at Pizza Express at 5pm. I tried contacting the FHT emergency phone number to see if they could get the restaurant reservation time pushed back slightly incase we were later but they never rang me back and were of no help. When we did arrive at the restaurant we had preordered food however we were told that drinks were not included and the students had to pay an extra £3 each to have a drink with their meal. This is unacceptable and should have been included in the price. The hotel was also of very poor quality with a bridge across from one side of the road to the other and the lifts did not go to all floors. This made it very difficult to navigate and some of my students became lost and trapped in a fire escape attempting to find the hotel lobby. Finally we had requested breakfast at 9am however FHT had not booked this in with the hotel which resulted in being rudely spoken to by hotel staff and students having to be split up and rushed through breakfast.

Very helpful team, enabling a very successful University student trip to Vancouver. I had a preference for where I wanted to stay and they sorted this out with no question or trying to push an alternative. Everything was sorted, transfers, flights, dietary requirements and accommodation. Very reassuring when travelling with a large group of people.

The pre trip correspondence and responsivity while away was fab.

Issues with directions and reliability of coach driver for transfer from airport to resort and on return journey coach driver was considerably late however we got there in plenty of time.

The team at FHT Travel made organising our trip as easy as possible. The staff were very understanding and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The students themselves has a fantastic time, and Paula really helped us to maximise our time on the trip. I look forward to working with the team again on future excursions.

Despite a plane cancellation, lost luggage and a student in need of medical attention, we had a great trip. The team responded very quickly to phone calls when we needed assistance with the problems we encountered. This required them to be available out of hours. I cannot fault the support we received, and I always felt we were in safe hands. The Vroom app is invaluable. It was reassuring to have all the relevant contact details and flight information to hand.

Kirsty and the FHT team provided a smooth service from start to end. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Fabulous proactive staff, who helped immensely when we had a number of changes throughout the planning process of the trip. Supported throughout planning stages and whilst on trip. Have used this company a number of times and very happy every time with the service provided.

Overall, the trip was enjoyable. However, our coach disappointed us and caused us to miss out on an hour-long tour of Canary Wharf. I must say, the company presentation was excellent and informative. The students have thoroughly enjoyed and greatly benefited from their learning experience.
