Rebecca Minshall was an amazing person to deal with. She answered my endless questions calmly and competently and our trip was organised down to the tiniest detail. I would definitely recommend this tour company.

Our experience with FHT Travel has been very positive. They successfully organised our travel journey to Turkey and we were happy with the service provided.

FHT booked flights for the University trip I was leading to South Africa. We were given several flight options to compare within the criteria we gave and booking was straightforward. Flight alternations were needed for two students at their request and this was handled seamlessly. Having a point of contact if there were any issues was a nice safety net, too. Thanks Kirsty!

Incredibly helpful service with quick responses. Made the trip with our students so much easier to plan and took the weight off when it came to organising flights.

Rebecca continually supported many of our changes, trying to support us getting the best deal and experience for our students.

The tours ran very smoothly when there and on the whole tour guides were very good.
The lake visit and tour guide on this day was brilliant
The Plaka show was excellent (although no drinks provided as advertised)
The site seeing was great and guides/coaches were punctual, however a lot on the Saturday and students concentration began to diminishes by the end of the day.
We didn't get the panoramic tour on the second day due to Sunday traffic and the fact that we had already done this ion the Saturday.

> Slow communication at times in the lead up to the trip made me feel a little insecure taking the trip and not having the information
> Lots of health and safety issues at hotel which made the first day very stressful e.g. balcony doors didn't lock and hotel didn't rectify this. Room configuration kept changing which created issues for staff and students and triple rooms were created into quads by putting a put-out in a triple which wasn't an adequate size for a young adult.
> We arrived at 2pm after a very long night/day of travelling and no lunch and many rooms weren't ready as they'd clearly tried to put too many in one room.
> A lot of activities all on the one day and not as much on the other days

The service from FHT from Rebecca was excellent nothing was too much trouble. The trip was well planned and the students got a lot out of it. Will use FHT again when planning future trips.

This is the first time in the Media Dept. at Nottingham College I have used FHT, previously using another travel company. Both Kirsty Crawshaw and Paula Massingham were amazing to work with from the very start. In the past we have always booked events and film tickets ourselves and only used other travel companies to book the hotel and coach, but they both helped book La Louvre Gallery, Arc De Triomphe and the ECU Paris Film Festival which took some of the pressure off me.
Paula showed a lot of patience and reassurance when times were tricky and was very easy to communicate with- with prompt emails and phone calls (even a Teams meeting that she joined).
The bus Co Johnson's drive Ze' was also amazing going above and beyond. By far the best and loveliest driver we've ever had in the last 10 years of international trips at our college.
We will 100% be using FHT again and highly recommend them.
Students LOVED every minute of it and have created wonderful memories

The trip as a whole was good however, everything was rushed. The coach driver was a challenge and did not allow stops for food, and when we pushed on this the stops were short where students had to eat on the bus. Also in France he stopped at a petrol station rather than a services. Thankfully students were able to get a hot meal at the hotel. At the hotel there was very limited food for different dietary requirements even though we informed the company of several requirements.
The river cruise was a nightmare. First off when I got there the company had not received correspondence of payment, which meant the boat we were meant to catch left without us. The next boat was full so we finally got on the 12.30 boat. This was 75 mins later, which then meant less time in the park when we returned. When we finally got on the boat, the phones were not working, which is what you use to listen in English, which meant we could not understand anything. It was a complete waste of time and money.
When we originally booked the trip we were due to go up the Eiffel Tower, which we paid for and still have not received a refund, as we were later told the company could not access tickets.
There was a switch of personnel at the company which felt a little disjointed.
I thinking doing the trip in 4 days was a little tight, we either do 5 next time or we just stay at the park for the 2 days.
We would use the company again and Disney was fantastic.

The organisation of the accommodation and travel by FHT wasn't without hiccups but they went out of their way to make sure everything was solved. Though there were issues with the accommodation, these were mostly to do with other school parties and were promptly investigated. The organisation of activities was also excellent, and the trip went off really well, with the students saying how brilliant it was.

A big thank you to Becky Minshall at FHT travel for organising a fantastic London trip for our students. Becky's suggestions for tours and activities enabled us to create an excellent itinerary and we had a great time.
Our students really enjoyed it and we are looking forward to FHT organising our next Hospitality student trip to Barcelona.

Rebecca worked quickly to process our requests and nothing was too much trouble, even although we changed details numerous times. All info-for a smooth trip with 30 students easy to follow. Great experience

The service offered by Becky was awesome from start to finish. She was able to sort any queries quickly and effectively. Nothing was too much trouble. The use of the Vamoos App was very useful too and took a lot of worry away from the documentation side of things. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you so much FHT and Becky!

Good communication and excellent organisation in Italy. Some difficulty seeking medical assistance and finding coach after late night flight into Gatwick.

UoG Business - London Field Trip. Overall the trip was excellent. Kirsty was extremely helpful. Hotel was in a great location. We crammed a lot in. Chelsea FC business tour was excellent (great tour guide). Only issue was the bus driver got us lost and we had to cut our walking tour short so missed getting photo oppos with some of the financial district landmarks.

I really enjoyed it! I loved seeing the new places and meeting new people :)

13 University students for 3 nights in Vienna (with 2 members of staff), visiting the Vienna Zoo, Vienna veterinary hospital and Spanish Riding School. The brief to FHT was 'keep it cheap', so all students could go, and this was fulfilled. Tickets came through in time for all attractions, Youth Hostel FHT booked was clean, and most importantly safe for our students, and they all had a great experience. We used FHT pre-Covid, this is the first time since, and we will certainly use them again. Kirsty in particular was excellent at answering last minute emails!

Thanks so much to FHT for great service, advice and support for our residential film projects that we have booked with them. Super friendly, reliable, adaptable. We've booked many a trip with them now, mostly rail trips on Eurostar to European destinations including Lille, Rotterdam, Nantes and Ghent.
