We’ve been with this company for over 5 years and have experienced constant service outages, even when no issues were reflected on their end (e.g., Fidelity). Despite raising multiple tickets — three of which were marked as “resolved” — the underlying problems continued for over a year without any real resolution.
We attempted to cancel our contract multiple times, but our requests were either ignored or never acknowledged. When we finally received a response, the focus shifted to combing through the terms and conditions to justify charging us over £1,000 in early termination fees — despite their consistent failure to provide the agreed service or adhere to their own contract terms.
To make matters worse, we received yet another invoice more than a month after our confirmed termination date. When we followed up, they claimed it was an "oversight" and said the money wrongfully charged would just be applied as a credit — even though we’ve been actively trying to leave.
This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
Chabs stayed extra time at work to ensure I was back online for last night. He had so much patience as I tried to follow his clear instructions. So grateful for his assistance and a really nice person. Was efficient and back online quickly after making the changes.

Steven was very patient with me and helpful trying to get the phone connected to the base.
I phoned and sent 3 emails to your support group on 22 May, 30 May and 4 June without any response.
Today I made another phone call. I received a return call from Steven in the afternoon, and he was most helpful. With luck, the problem has now been resolved.
However, it has taken three months to change your system.
I have since had a response from Fidelity referring to a different exchange in April 2025, including two voicemails which I could not access since that was the problem! The 'solution' provided did not alert me to voice messages, and voicemail access required me to enter 1571 followed by a 6 digit code, which was very cumbersome. In May the 6 digit code I used was not recognised and that led to my further frustrating experience, finally resolved by the excellent Steven.

Aatif was very helpful and professional and finished the job in no time. Installed the cabling and patch panels, and ensured all the ports are running. Taught couple of things to ensure connection and troubleshoot minor issues.
