Software Problems

I had to contact Fidelity with an issue with our phone's software. I spoke to Steven Giyama who talked me through the process step by step. He told me he would call back the following day to make sure my issues had been resolved - which he did and helped me with a couple of other problems. Nothing was too much trouble. Great support.

Devon was very efficient with response…

Devon was very efficient with response when the problem was logged. BT engineer turned up at the wrong address on the first attempt but Devon was quick to follow that up & re-arrange a new visit. Problem resolved with speeds better than we've ever had. Thank you!

A Huge thank you to Cameron at Fidelity

I would like to thank Cameron Page at Fidelity for his prompt and professional help in sorting out an issue my company had recently.
A Horizon phone app that we had been using for a while to handle our incoming and outgoing calls didn't support the latest version of Android.
With Cameron's product knowledge he sorted out an alternative call handling app for us.
The best thing about the app change to Webex, is that the user experience is so much better. All my staff have remarked that Webex is 100% more reliable and easier to use.
So a big thank you to Cameron and Fidelity for arranging this for us.

Change of answer machine message

I recorded my answer machine message and then emailed the company to let them know what date and time I needed the message to be action. This was done correctly, efficiently and all went smoothly. Great service and good communication from Fidelity.

Positive experience with Fidelity…

My experience with Fidelity is exactly what you would expect from a good company.
Steven was very polite and helpful, resolving our issues quickly and easily, this made me confident that it would be a positive experience should I need to contact them again in the future.
