From the moment I received this Spirit brand bike, it started falling apart. Screws kept coming off. After some months, while it was still under warranty, I contacted the company to ask for replacement screws. They said they would send them, but I never received them (I don't think they ever had any intention of sending them, they just wanted to get rid of me). I followed up with customer service, no response. More and more screws fell off until the bike was no longer usable and I had to take it in to a repair shop. They did what they could but advised me that the bike is just poorly made and they think it's unsafe to ride. I contacted customer service with this assessment (while still under warranty). Again, no response. Two years later the bike is basically unusable and I'm feeling scammed.

The whole process was easy comprehensive and quick.

The cycle delivered is in brilliant quality and my kid like it very much. Great value for money.

Bike delivered with a missing part. Then after two weeks part was sent back to a different time than mentioned in the email. And now part is lost in postnl. Support contact did not help at all. 2 months later my bike still not delivered

I bought 2 bikes (twins).

I received my order in Belgium the next day. Was very easy to complete the assembly of the bikes (half was already in order).
The girls love it.
They are exactly as described.

The bike was very nice, however it did not fit the length as described in the product.

Fiets comes very fast. Everything is Ok. Next time probably I chose same customer.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START.
I have bought my bike in December and was stated that delivery would happen in couple of days, it got delayed. Only after I purchased the bike, I was informed that there was no stock (as promised on the website).
Now, after 3 months, my carrier broke. I didn’t fall or anything, I just left my house in direction to the supermarket and my bike stopped.
Now, I need a repair and I am having problems again. I need to bring my bike to Rotterdam they say, even though I live in Eindhoven and that’s why I bought an ONLINE bicycle.
I don’t advise at all.
“Mark” from customer support is very rude and never follows up on the agreements via the phone.
I hope my situation is solved soon, but not sure what I can expect anymore…

Nice bike, good service

Late August, I bought a bike and a lock from them.
I never received the lock and the bike had a problem.
I NEVER received the refund for the missing item and they suggest it u should take it to a mechanic and fix it and they would pay for it. As you can imagine they never refunded me for the mechanic too.

I was emailing them for 1.5 months and never received a cent.

Fast delivery and easy to be assembling..

I ordered and received a kids' bike, but the saddle broke within two weeks. I requested a replacement under warranty, which was promised and supposedly sent—but I never received it. Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances, the company eventually stopped responding to my emails.

Meanwhile, my three-year-old has been waiting for her bike to be fixed, and trying to explain this situation to her has been incredibly frustrating. This is absolutely disgraceful. If you weren’t going to send the replacement saddle, the least you could have done was be honest instead of giving false hope.

A bit more explanation on the construction would be nice, maybe a written manual and not only videos, otherwise really nice service and delivery

I got a granny cargobike. It came in a box and qr code on a box with videos how to put it together. Delivery time 1 business day!
Have never put a bike together before, so i was expecting some hurdles. The videos are not really one to one for putting it together and lots to discover on your own. Perhaps native Dutch have a gene for it, but I was missing it. I did made it together in the end and it drives fantastic. The price quality ratio is awesome.

Missing bolts and screws I couldn’t assemble the bike! However they provided help and send new screws and offered 10 euros refund.

We ordered a Cortego plus women's bike and the order was delivered promptly within 2 days. We had a little misunderstanding with installation and again our query was promptly addressed and assistance was provided.
A small issue we had the front carrier missing g which the seller has promised to send soon.

Looking forward to experience the ride and will update the review based on the initial bike usage.
