Great service for a very competitively priced component. Ordered on Sunday, processed Monday, delivered Tuesday.

Main Trek dealer with great range of stock and competitive prices. Just as important the service is brilliant and they are just really nice guys: really into their bikes. So glad I bought from bricks and mortar local shop with great service and knowledge rather than online only retailer. That said they do have good web presence so I recommend that you give these guys a go: local shop, good knowledge, and delivery options through web presence: what's not to like.

After having a horrendous experience with another bike company I decided to demo a bike before buying one and as Fife Cycles had the bike I was interested in, in my size I decided to give them a try.  James and the team were really helpful from start to finish, knowledgeable and really friendly. Consequently I bought the bike from them and they went out of there way to get the bike down to me (over a 2 hour drive) as soon as possible.
 
I would highly recommend this bike shop for anything bike related – fantastic bunch of guys!  Absolutely loving my new bike 😊 Thanks again

I called Fife cycles to confirm the Trek helmet I was about to order online would arrive before Christmas. They checked their stock and the helmet I wanted wasn't in-stock but as a gesture of goodwill offered me the more expensive helmet for the price which I happily accepted and genuinely appreciated the gesture.
I recently bought a Trek Marlin 5 from Evens cycles,had I known about Fife cycles beforehand I would have put my business their way, I certainly will in the future! Thank you!

James at Fife cycles sorted a minor little stock hiccup with delivery with a little apology thrown in - then it turns out I had ordered the wrong size and the guys were more than happy to sort me out and get the correct one sent out to me (even though it had since gone out of stock).

Communication great throughout and going the extra mile to sort something that was my bad. Would happily order again and will check them out any time I need anything for the bike.

Gushing to sell you a bike but, pray you don't encounter a problem with your bike while under guarantee as they couldn't care a toss !
The attitude of their staff and their so called customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

After being let down by another local bike company I was encouraged to try Fife Cycles for a bike I was looking to buy. From the first day I went across, to the bike being ready to pick up James and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I've since been across for servicing, breakdowns and just recently bought another bike from them and can't fault them in any way.
If it's a new bike you're looking for or your pride and joy serviced,these guys will take care of you.

Five stars, even though my online order with Fife Cycles actually went wrong. After placing my order online I waited several weeks (it wasn't something I needed urgently). Eventually I assumed they couldn't supply so I contacted them for a refund. They responded really quickly. Turns out that the order had been missed. They were really apologetic, refunded me immediately, AND a few days later sent out the item for free by way of apology. What a way to turn an honest mistake into a good customer experience!

They pick-up the phone every time. Most Trek shops don’t (Bath). They are helpful and knowledgeable when you do call. I spoke to James and Ross, both really helpful. After chatting a while, I decided to take the plunge and bought a heavily discounted Trek Madone SL5 gen 8. A few days later I got a message saying the mechanic was not happy with the brakes, so they fixed it on warranty before sending on to me next day delivery to Somerset. When the bike arrived fully assembled in tip-top condition and ready to roll, they had included a Bontrager lights set and Rapha gloves as a good will gesture…. for just a few days delay. I call that great customer service…Great shop with invested staff, looking forward to my next purchase.

Have bought a few bikes and other biking now from James and the team. Even popping in when they are really busy, they always make time to help and have carried out several tweaks and running repairs on my bikes.

James let me test ride the latest Trek electric gravel bike and it was a dream to ride. Had a fantastic afternoon testing it on several ‘long doozie’ hills in Fife. First time of riding electric and digital gears. It’s fantastic that the guys let you try out various bike options and over the time when buying a new bike James has done me some good trade in deals which takes away the hassle of selling my bikes privately.

Currently on going a shipment issue where they have decided not to ship it and are being fairly useless when it comes to customer service , if it comes within the next week this review will be taken down but for the time being I’m fairly disappointed in the fact my order hasn’t even had an update in the past 13 days given the fact the shipment time was meant to only be 6-12

Ordered parts and they arrived within 1 day. Excellent knowledge base and items in stock. Top end cycle shop, highly recommended

The guys couldn’t be more helpful. Really impressed with the service offered. Got my Specialized Sirrus back on the road. Would highly recommended anyone needing their bike serviced or looking for a new bike to look no further than Fife Cycle centre in Leuchars.

If you’re looking for an honest trustworthy cracking bike shop get to Fife Cycles. They also do repairs and servicing too and Innes and Ross are top guys who will keep you right without trying to sell you things you don’t need. Class act of a business 👍

I’ve used Fife cycles to look after my bike needs for over 15 years. They couldn’t be more helpful and go above and beyond to build a good relationship and provide great customer service. Their knowledge and expertise has undoubtedly helped me on numerous occasions- couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Purchased an SLX Cassette. Was the cheapest I could find and free next day delivery. Couldn't of asked for more. Will be using Fife Cycles again. Well done. 🤙
