I wish I could have known what was…
I wish I could have known what was taking so long to finish reviewing instead of calling so many times. Ric helped me tremendously yesterday ( 9/9/26). After he assisted me twice, the final review was done and I was notified to notarize today. This could have been a lot sooner if I knew the issue and someone could guided me more properly. I have called multiple times but it didn’t go anywhere till yesterday.

I had problems downloading certain…
I had problems downloading certain documents. I am not a technology guy! The representative I talked to was patient,understanding, knowledgeable and concise. I don't think I could have completed the application without him. It turns out that my phone was just being difficult sending the PDF files, so he allowed me to email them, waited for them and took care of it himself, seeing that they got to the right people. The girl that did my notary was quick too. Only thing is the one gentleman that helped with the docs was a little hard to understand as his accent was thick.
