Matthew Johnson rocks!

My dedicated loan officer, Matthew Johnson, was a pleasure to work with. He reached out immediately to help with what was already a very easy online loan application. He kept me up-to-date on all the steps as they were approved and even text me to let me know when I had more online processes to complete!
I cannot tell you how easy and pleasant this whole process was for me and the interest rate was several points below what I had been offered at my bank and other lending institution
Do yourself a favor, go with figure for your loan! You will not be sorry

Short, simple an painless

It whole process from start to finish was very streamlined, short, simple and painless. All the information is readily available and the E-notary took maybe 5 minutes tops. Very user friendly experience.

Notary was great and professional

Notary was great and professional.

I had a lot of Experian credit issues with unfreezing my credit... Long story short is, I was also using a 3rd party credit protection called Aura, which had a lock on my account. I did not know this and nobody knew either... The error only said my credit was locked. It took a week to figure it out accidentally, when asking CHATGPT what was wrong... Maybe you could help others if they have this issue.

Good experience BUT the first call was…

Good experience BUT the first call was cut off and it took 45 minutes to get another notary. I asked the second one if she could call back if that happened again and she said it didn’t work that way. Perhaps it should.

A little scammy when it comes to…

A little scammy when it comes to crypto. I think they might be doing everything in their power to find a way to get a little bit of crypto.

1. I renewed two loans and they didn't tell me that my autopayments would stop.
2. I didn't know autopay had stopped because I was never notified or warned to set up auto-pay.
3. I didn't know, two loans went past due (the ones that were renewed) because I never got notified by email or text.
4. I check my dashboard, and if you don't look really well, they labeled their delinquents in small text and in "bright green" background so you won't notice quickly that there was a problem with the loan.
5. On top of that, they notified me late at night in an email after closing hours so I couldn't contact anyone.
6. I emailed support that if there is an issue with autopayment or delinquency, it will not notify you by text or email you. Support stated I need to check every few days or else that would be my fault and he will look into it.
7. My four loans got separated into two different sections, one I can only access on a phone app, and the other three only from the web. I wasn't even notified when they decided to switch from managing the loan from a web-based to phone app-based management which is worse to deal with. Talked to support. Answer: I'll let them know.
8. At least they sent me an email that they would be liquidating some of my crypto for late payment. That's a notification for you.

I have had bank loans and credit cards that IMMEDIATELY tell me if there is an issue by text, email, or by phone. Their failure to put this in place after a year of offering crypto-backed loans show what their after.

We confirmed that your account received the appropriate email alerts indicating when your payment was due and/or past due. When a loan is rolled over, it is treated as a new loan with updated Terms & Conditions that require your agreement before certain features can be activated. As a result, options such as interest deferral and auto pay are not automatically enabled and must be reselected and approved.
