The process was explained clearly, simple, and quick

The loan was closed in 3 days and funds were deposited on 4th day. The online loan submission process was very smooth and easy to apply. The interest rates were cheap compared to other banks. Many different products are available to choose. Loan officer Kiana Brown was very helpful and always answered questions on time. She is highly knowledgeable and dedicated to her job.

Technology makes things easy these days to get loans and you can do it all online.

I can’t recommend Figure until they get some kinks worked out. Their verification system is lacking and they advertise a drive by- broker price opinion, but they don’t actually do a drive by appraisal. They use some automated system that can be very flawed and not to mention very misleading.

I applied a WEEK ago they literally advertise ease of use and get funded in as little as 5 days. I have a 780 credit score they still haven’t even pulled my credit 😅 I applied through credit karma what a joke the lady on the phone lied and send my credit was frozen which is a bold face lie I called them and confirmed it was not. I keep getting emails saying my app is about to expire. I’m shopping else where don’t waste your time with these clowns 🤡

The e-notary session that I had on 4/23/26, as well as the one my husband had on 4/25/26, were easy, and we appreciated that (both of us are signers on the Figure HELOC I applied for) . The notaries for both our sessions were friendly and professional; everything moved along quickly. The only difficulty we had was on Friday evening, 4/24, when it was my husband's turn to have his e-notary session. There seemed to be a lag time between emails he received from Figure and updates to his Figure account online that resulted in our spending more time and effort than necessary, trying to determine what we thought we might be misunderstanding or doing incorrectly. But this morning (4/25), the emails and his Figure account were all working together as they should. Since technological problems/glitches just happen sometimes, we definitely don't hold that against Figure! Except for that relatively small period of frustration, everything went very well, and we're satisfied.
