My second purchase - I buy these to reduce all the bottles or shampoo etc in the recycling. you can buy a recycling bag for £1 and then send back to pouches to them to be recycled.

my feedback would be include the recycling bags for free to get more people to recycle

First off, I really love the premise this company is built on. Sustainability and environmentalism are really important to me and I try my best to live as sustainably as possible. This is not the first refill shampoo and conditioner I have used; I’m very fortunate to have a refill shop in my hometown but sadly I ran into the same issues with this product as I did with the products from my local refill store. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling greasy, unclean and rough, and you also need to use a lot of product as it doesn’t really spread well throughout the hair. The conditioner, on the other hand, is lovely and rich which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, from my experience using natural shampoos, they just don’t seem to do the job. I’ve yet to use a natural shampoo that left my hair feeling clean. That’s said, I’m really happy a company like Fiils is on the market for people who may not have easily accessible refill options and for those who the products work for!

The shampoo and conditioner I ordered in lemon grass scent was so intensely strong it gave me a really bad headache. I was gutted. Came in lovely Rose bottles.

Looks good. I only ordered this item after getting a discount otherwise it’s very expensive. Postage expensive.

I purchased the Rose Gold Minis set with pumps. They are great quality and the perfect size for travel. Order was received promptly; great customer service!

So excited to receive my hair duo and body duo, all lemon grass. I absolutely love them, smell is divine, hair is soft and shiny and the bottles look great. Only gave 4 star as one of the products I ordered was incorrect but am happy and will be subscribing 😊

I got the coconut shampoo and conditioner and they smell incredible, I have found that I need to use less than the other products I use. A bit on the pricey side, but I'm happy to pay that to help reduce plastic waste. :D

Such an easy way to order beauty products and try and make a difference in the world. The products are good quality and the process of receiving them through the post and then even sending back the pouches they came in is easy and genius.

I like the concept and the product bottles are nice, but I'm disappointed with the result considering the cost. The lemongrass shampoo left my hair incredibly greasy.

I love the idea of this product, and how sustainable it is. My only concern is that the product itself is not so great. Firstly, I don't think the shampoo will last long, because I need so many pumps for this to have any affect on my hair. Same with conditioner. This could be because I have curly hair which needs a rich product.

Anyways, idea is great, bottle is super cute. Not sure if I would buy again, but I hope it works for others :)
