This customized jacket turned out amazing. Far exceeded expectations! All the information/choices were correct, the material is high quality and soft, the fit was spot on, and it looks great. It took a while to receive the jacket (about a month) and the shipping tracking was not in English.

Took forever
Took forever, shipping information was completely incorrect, embroidery started falling apart after a gentle hand wash and air dry. Looks great, hence the extra star, but quality is suspect, and communication is absolutely abysmal. Not at all worth the coin.

I love the quality of the products! I've been pleased with everything I've purchased. The only negative thing for me is the delivery time when I pay for expedited shipping. I may need to see the shipping details, but it takes about a month.

1, We received your order on 19, Nov, 2022, and emailed you right away when finding the problem of your order(it failed to add the extra charge of custom details to the total sum, a mistake sometimes made due to the slow network speed)
2, We received your reply on 23, Nov, 2022, about how to make the jerseys for you, we did agree with it same time, but need to make the balance to process the order
3, We checked with you about the payment to go ahead with the production, but no reply till 24, Dec, 2022, you said want to cancel the order, we replied you will cancel the order and make the refund right after we got this email on 26th, Dec, 2022.
So may I know if there any problem you give us a 1 star feedback?

I placed an order on December 12. I have not received my product nor have I received an update. No one has reached out to me. I ordered something from them a year ago and it was perfect. That's why I ordered again. The inability to receive an update is an issue. 1 month is too long without some kind of update. I love the products but with no contact or information about my order I can't give a higher rating.
