Filewave that doesnt operate

You guys have left us with Filewave that doesnt operate the way I believe you intended it to operate. And the only solution from your support team was to just not use that function of filewave. So tell me. What good is Filewave if it doesnt do what it's supposed to?

Doesn't handle system updates very…

Doesn't handle system updates very well. Tries to install ALL updates for any device in a group that was needed to All devices in the group. Often does not install all of the needed updates, requiring the manual installation of those updates. Simple issues are resolved quickly. Other issues take a huge amount of time to resolve. I have spent so much time providing feedback for ongoing issues, I begin to wonder if I was being used as a beta tester.

They could do much better, but honestly they don't.

Over the years I have used this product, I have had to abandon most of the features and mostly any more only use the application reporting functions. This is most disconcerting considering the hundreds of hours I have invested in this software.

FileWave is a great program
