I've been a customer for the last 9…

I've been a customer for the last 9 years, and I was aware of the trickery with the price labeling, but the last experience was rather shocking.
On 24.12.2024 around 12pm at the pay desk no.8 in PEP Munich.
As usual, I put all the things that supposed to be reduced in price at the very end of my shopping, because you never know.
The actual complaint is about the cashier with psychopathic traits, to my argument about the price label on the way down the escalator, he started to patronize me with the question whether I read a small print below, I answered, of course not, how should I read a small print during the fast discent. You MUST, he answered.
The price is a bearer of the information, as a customer that's all I need, and I don't care about the fine print below. You care, he replied, being a customer doesn't mean you're allowed to....
He deliberately lighted up a personal conflict , as you can see.
With all the people waiting behind me I just paid and walked away, because the only step left was to call a manager and that shortly before the store closes on the day of Christmas Eve.
